Improved appearance but didn't totally heal

While the Aveeno Eczema Care did improve the appearance of my eczema, it did not totally heal it. It is still red and scaly. However it is better than anything else I have tried.

Was expecting more

I've received this product and was very excited to try it. It did provide some type of soothing feeling but it left my arm feeling sticky and somewhat uncomfortable. It was soothing for a couple of minutes but did not last very long.
Overall it is not a bad product, I just think it didn't fit my need and expectations.

Like the cooling sensation

I really like the cooling sensation of this product. It is unique from a cream (my typical eczema relief route) in the fact that it provides moisture that almost feels like water on the skin, and it lasts quite a while. It is refreshing and soothing, however I found did not always provide itch relief. That being said I am excited to see the long term effects. Any gels that I have used in the past have been sticky, and I like that this soaks into the skin like a cream.

Aveeno gel

I found this product to be slow to absorb. Tho the gel was cooling in a way. Just didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t absorb quickly. It didn’t give any relief

Not great

I received the AVEENO® Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream for free from Butterly to review. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of this product, which I received along with the AVEENO® Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream. I found it did not absorb as quickly as the cream, nor was is as effective at relieving my eczema symptoms. In fact, after using the gel, I went back to the cream, because it worked much better. I would not buy this product.

I found Aveeno Eczema Care Rescue Relief Treatment Gel Cream actually made my skin itch more after using. It's lightweight but still very greasy and doesn't absorb very well. The texture is also quite watery compared to other moisturizers. I also didn't like the way it made my skin "tingle" after use. I know it containers AHAs but it was still too strong for extremely dry skin.

Works well but a bit "greasy"

I have started with red patches on my arms as I get older and some days they are unbarebly itchy. I tried using this gel a few times at work. It works well and is quick but i found that I could not get it to absorb completely and was left with a bit of a greasy feeling. I am sure it's personal preference

Nice product

This product didn’t work as well as the cream, but still was nice and cool. If the cream wasn’t available I would buy the gel. Would be great for summertime relief.
