This is a good daily moisturizer but there are others on the market (and other Aveeno moisturizers) that are better. For me, this particular one is just okay. It does the job but nothing outstanding. The price is way too high for this basic moisturizer imo.
I absolutely love this moisturizer it is my favorite and the only one I use on a regular basis!!! It is not to oily and leaves my skin soft and touchable plus the scent is light not overpowering like some moisturizes I've tried in the past. For the price which isn't bad it is unbeatable!!!
I bought this as part of a positively radiant set that came with makeup remover wipes, this moisturizer, and a night cream. After using this product for just over a week, I had some of the worst breakouts I've had since I was a teenager. The light-reflecting glitter elements in the moisturizer clogged my pores quite badly. I really like how it looked on my skin when I first put it in, but had to immediately stop using it when I realized it was the cause of my breakouts. I have been using the night cream as a daily moisturizer through these winter months instead. I bought the three-item set for less than $15 and I know that this product is much more expensive on its own, which makes it even more frustrating that it does this to some people's skin.
This lotion is so nice to use. Goes on light and not greasy but also feels like its a thicker moisturizer. My monthly breakouts have lessened considerably since I started using it. I buy it in a two pack at Costco so the cost is quite good. The bottle's pump top locks so it's great for travel.
For a more affordable drug store option I recommend the Aveeno Daily Moisture face moisturizer. I use this moisturizer after I shower or wash my face and it leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and smooth. This product never leaves my skin feeling or looking oiling which I haven't always received with many drug store moisturizers.
I really like this moisturizer! It goes on well, and works as a great base for makeup! I also really like how it has a built in SPF. I am still trying different moisturizers out, but when this goes on sale, and I need to get a good moisturizer, I will definitely buy this.
I have dry skin like most during the winter. As long as i start using this as soon as i feel my skin start drying, this will keep it hydrated. During the summer, i find it to heavy. Like there is something stuck to my face all day. Only recommended for winter use.
I wanted to like this cream so badly but it broke me out. My skin is combination oily and moderately sensitive and this lotion kept making my skin react.
I like the texture of the lotion, its thick but spreads easily. When its all absorbed it feels powdery and soft. It was slightly hydrating, the thickness of it made it feel kind of dry. There are sparkles in the cream but they're very fine and just make my face look even and radiant.
I wore this cream for three days before my forehead broke out in a sea of tiny, flesh coloured bumps. This happens to me sometimes when I use a new sunscreen and goes away in a few days. But these bumps wouldn't go away. I stopped using the cream and the bumps went away. I went back to it after a week and the bumps came right back! I was shocked.
I didn't get to see if this cream really was going to even out my skin tone and that's why I purchased it. I'm sad I didn't get to see any results.
In short; this cream had a nice texture and finish but it broke me out. It would be better for someone with more tolerant skin than mine.
Got this at Costco so it is good value. It's an okay moisturizer, nothing special. I like that it has SPF but I am not a fan of the glitter-looking specks. They're supposed to make the skin look more radiant but with my oily skin it is not a good match.
I have combo + rosacea skin ( oily t-zone , red dry flaky cheeks, sensitive ) and i love this moisturizer. I mostly use it in the winter , alone or under my makeup . It's a great product but a little expensive .
