Aveeno micellar gel cleanser review

I was lucky enought to receive this cleanser for free as part of Chickadvisor Review Club!
I have tried micellar cleansers before (Garnier and Bioderm), but it is my first time trying a micellar cleanser in a gel texture as oppose to the watery kind. I have very dry and sensitive skin and I love how gentle this is on my skin (and how little you need to use, this stuff will last so long!)!
However, I do find that while my skin is looking fab and glowy, it dries my skin out a little more than I would like. I think it would be better for summer time use. I don't think it would hold up to a Canadian winter (at least not if you have dry skin).

Smells good and cleans well!

I like the Aveeno Positively Radiant Maxglow Micellar Gel Cleanser. It smells good and cleans well. I like to use it at night so that it cleans off all my makeup and I didn't need to use other make-up cleaners (for light makeup).

It is easy to use and it has the dispenser type to pump it out, so it is easy.

After I use, it doesn't feel moisturized though. So I guess it is better to use in summer. Maybe too dry for winter time.

Cleanser that takes my makeup off effectively!

I am so lucky to try Aveeno Positively Radiant MaxGlow Micellar Gel Cleanser for free as part of Chickadvisor Review Club! I have tried micellar cleansers before, but it is my first time trying a micellar cleanser with a gel latherly texture, rather than watery texture. I have dry and sensitive skin and this cleanser is gentle enough for my skin, however, yet removed my makeup effectively without drying my skin out. A little goes a long way. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Great gel cleanser

I love this new micellar gel cleanser. It leave my skin fresh and clean, and removes residues and my makeup. It works great on waterproof makeup and is not oily or harsh on my skin. Another great Aveeno product.

This is a really gentle cleanser that is great for all skin types; won't dry anyone out! A little bit goes a long way, so one bottle will last a while.

I absolutely love love love the Aveeno Max Glow Positively Radiant Micellar Gel Cleanser. It’s a gel formula but when mixed with water it’s a creamy face wash and washes even the toughest waterproof mascara off my face. I used to have to use my face wash and then a eye makeup remover to get my mascara off but with this cleanser my makeup comes off so easily and makes my skin feel so soft, purified, and cleansed! 100% a staple in my skin care regimine.

Very gentle and efficient

I have a dry and somewhat sensitive facial skin and I found this product to be very gentle. It also lathered nicely and I was able to wash off easily too. The gel is not too thick nor runny, just the right consistency. It smells so good too,slightly fruity. The pump dispenser helps for easy application and the extra close cap, prevents any type of accidental spill if I have to pack for travel. The product size is very impressive as a little pump of product goes a long way; great value for money. I use it every night and it does not strip my skin after each wash. I am yet to use it in removing make up though but my guess is that it will still come through. I would recommend this product to friends and family members with dry skin issues or even sensitive skin type.I received the Aveeno positively radiant maxglow micellar gel cleanser from chickadvisor to try out and provide an honest review.

I have been using Aveeno positively radiant Maxglow Micellar Gel Cleanser for 9 days now. I have definitely noticed a change in my skin, it was fairly dull and I can see much more brightness after adding this to my morning and nightly regimen. I love the fact that it's a gel, and it froths up nice and thick for a good deep cleanse. The scent is light and quite pleasant and my face feels super cleansed and renewed after using it. I highly reccomend this product if you're looking to brighten your skin and not break the bank doing it!

The Aveeno Positively Radiant Maxglow Micellar Gel Cleanser is great! It removes makeup well (even eyeliner/mascara) and leaves skin feeling smooth and clean. It claims to leave skin dewy; which I don’t find it does, but also doesn’t dry my skin out which is important during these winter months. The price point is pretty good for the amount you get. It’s around $11.50 at my local pharmacy for 150ml. All in all I’m impressed and would purchase this product again. #gotitfree #tryaveenomaxglow
