Very light weight and fast absorbing

I received Aveeno Positively Radiant Maxglow Serum Primer to try for free and I have to to say that I'm glad I got to. I wasn't sure if I would like it or not at first, but after using it for 2 weeks now, I have to to say that I'm really enjoying it. It is very light weight, non greasy, and fast absorbing. The scent is the same as the Miceller Gel cleanser from the same line; very light scent that is very lovely. My skin feels very nice with it under my foundation and it does not pill at all. Great serum primer combo for all skin types.

Positively radiant

Love the feeling of the product on my skin. It absorbs well not greasy and the primer+serum give smooth ,hydrated, glowing skin, It smells fresh. Need to be careful when applying.

Great smell, but left feeling greasy

I received this product for free as part of the Product Review Club and was very excited to try after reading great reviews! After using it for a week, I was a little disappointed. While it made my skin glow, I found by the end of the day, it made my skin look a little too oily, especially on my forehead. This may not be as big of an issue in the dead of winter as I found the product helped seal in my moisturizer and kept me feeling hydrated all day. I do not normally wear foundation and used the product at the end of my skincare routine (cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and Aveeno MaxGlow Serum + Primer). I will certainly try it on a more heavy makeup day to see if I get the same results. The product had great packaging and allowed you to dispense an appropriate amount with little/no waste. I also really liked the smell!

Aveeno Positively Radiant MAXGLOW Serum & Primer is good. It keeps my face moisturized and feeling smooth before apply my make-up.

You have to shake well to use it cause it is '2 phases' if you don't mix them. And the bottle design is kinda bad, everytime I pour it, it would spill. I hope there is a better bottle dispensing design.

Aveeno maxglow serum & primer

I really wanted to love this product. It was ok but not anything super great.
I hated how messy it was! The liquid gets all over the cap and top of the bottle where it comes out which is annoying.
I also feel the price point for a drugstore brand is a bit high, in my area it's like $30. I feel like you can buy nicer serums that work better for that price.
My makeup did transfer so I don't find the primer part works the best but it could have just been the combo with my foundation.
I also found my skin was still dry after using it but I do have very dry skin. I had to start using a moisturizer in addition to the serum.
I will say I love how even my skin tone is while using it! I have a lot of redness and that was definitely toned down.
I also loved how it makes your skin glow without looking oily! It gives a really subtly pretty glow without looking really greasy.
In a pinch I think it's a good option, especially since it's easily available at the drugstore but it isn't the best one I've ever tried.

Un sérum agréable à utiliser

J utilise régulièrement un sérum mais c est le premier qu il faut appliquer juste avant le maquillage....j ai beaucoup aimé. S étale bien et on sent notre peau souple. Seul bémol.....la bouteille. Comme il faut bien agiter avant d utiliser quand on débouche la bouteille du produit en sort et on perd du produit. Mais un bon produit.

Serum & primer that works well for dry skin!

I tried Aveeno Positively Radiant MaxGlow Serum & Primer for free as part of Chickadvisor Review Club. I was excited to try a serum and primer in one, removing another step in my makeup routine. I have dry skin and this serum moisturizes my face and gives it a dewy look (I could see this be a bit too oily for someone with combination skin). The primer in one dries to a smooth base so I can quickly apply my foundation and makeup. The one thing I didn't like about the product was that it does get on my hands, cap and lid when applying. So it can get a bit messy. Overall it is a good product, but might be too messy for regular use.

I enjoyed this product!

I received this product free to try and review through the ChickAdvisor program. My thoughts are my own. I was very happy to try this product. I have very dry skin, especially throughout the winter months. I love using facial oils for this reason, and this product reminds me of that. It is very hydrating. I have used it as a serum and as a primer. I enjoy using the product both ways. I highly recommend this product to anyone with super dry skin. It really illuminates the skin and keeps in the moisture! My only issue with this is the packaging. I think a dropper would work much better. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the actual serum/primer. It is definitely worth trying!

Interest concept of a product!

I #gotitfree from ChickAdvisor to #tryAveenoMaxGlow. I have seen this new product being advertised in stores and flyers and was very excited to have the opportunity to try it!

I love the concept of a serum and primer! Anything for greater convenience and more effectiveness! I love that it only takes a few drops on the skin to prep and prime for makeup. This product soaked into my skin quickly. With quick shake and only a few drops.. my face definitely had a healthy glow to it!

Love the sleek glass bottle design - bottle is fairly small for the price. ~$20 retail? for 45mL.. but it is definitely worth a try!

Two in the one

I was happy to receive Aveeno Maxglow serum+primer from Chick Advisor to try out #gotitfree. Over all I love that product, because it’s one step use (serum+primer). It’s observes well into my dry skin, thereby creating a good base for my make up application. It has a nice scent and good hydration, whiteout any grease. Only thing that I don’t like about this product is the packaging, I would preferred to have a better dispensing opportunity. I had problems to dispened the right amount, but the quality and result from this product makes up for it. I like a lot and I will consider to purchase it in the future.
