Très bonne base

Grâce à Chick Advisor, j'ai eu la chance de tester le sérum+ base Maxglow de Aveeno. Facile d'utilisation, quelques gouttes suffisent pour tout le visage. J'ai aimé la sensation de fraicheur et la douce hydratation qu'il procure au visage. J'ai moins aimé le côté brillant par contre, je l'utilise donc comme base de maquillage. Il fait très bien tenir le maquillage, aucun effet gras, et ce du matin au soir. Je le recommande!

Simple yet so very effective!

At first glance I was curious how “ water” could improve my skin- but I am amazed how this essence can nurish and moisturize and calm my dry irritated skin after winter! The smell albeit faint is amazingly intoxicating so clean and crisp yet like walking through a field of green grape vines! It instantly calms my skin from red and dry to glowing and brings back the even tone from the red flakiness! So simple and I highly recommend for people who want the benefits of moisturizer without the slick feeling or damp, it really is a class of its own!

Unique Product

I am actually loving this product its super easy to use. I shake the bottle give it a few seconds open it and add a few drops to the palm of my hand and press it into my skin. This product is very light on the skin and absorbs super fast. It does leave a slight tacky feeling to the face that is a perfect base for my foundation. The only down side to this product is the scent. It does have a strong green scent like fresh cut grass the smell does fade relatively quickly. I do recommend this product and find it very unique.

Interesting product

I received this product free from Chick Advisor. It days to use as the last step of your facial routine. I have very dry skin so applying this before I put on makeup just made my face flake. I did mix it with my face cream prior to applying my make up and that worked well. When not applying makeup I have used this rather than face cream and my face feels a bit tight but does not look dry at all. My skin feels soft and smooth. Overall, it’s a nice product I just don’t see the need for it in my daily routine.

Great primer but need work for the bottle

Aveeno is stepping up in skincare routine with these Kiwi Extract infused skincare line. This is the first time that I seen Kiwi being featured as the key ingredient for skincare line.
The MaxGlow Serum and Primer is a very unique product, this is meant to be applied before makeup foundation. The texture of this serum is very unique, it looks like an eye and lip makeup remover with mix of oil and water. It does give the skin a dewy finish before makeup, great for those who want the glass skin, glowy look. One of the major complain is the bottle, I definitely think this product would be so much better if it was in a pump bottle, it is hard to get product out without spilling it or making the bottle greasy to handle. I am actually going to transfer all of the products to a pump bottle, that way it will be so much easier to use on an everyday basis

The Aveeno maxglow serum and primer does leave the skin glowy after applying product but i feel like it is a little oily as it did make my face break out the next day after using it. the idea is cute but i would prefer two separate products for my serum and primer as i feel that they would've done a better job.

Shine and hydrate

I received it free for the review. I used it everyday before the makeup. The serum is fast absorbing. It leaves my skin shinny and hydrated. I would recommend it.

A decent cleanser

I was quite interested to see how Aveeno could combine a serum and a primer to be one product. after using it as both i do prefer it as a serum rather than a primer. i do prefer primer that target certain things like my pores, the serum absorbed fairly quickly into my skin although i did feel like i needed more as it felt a but drying after waiting for it to settle in to put on my moistuizor.

I got to try this Aveno primer and serum for free in exchange for my honest review.
I thought the packaging was super cute and eye catching. The surum/primer itself smells decent and not over baring. The texture is great and left my face looking amazing. No red spots, but my face did look shiny, nothing powered couldn't fix lol. Overall I would buy again.
