Calmed my skin right down

I really liked this moisturizer as it wasn't too heavy and calmed my redness down significantly. I used it both with the hydrating gel cleanser and with another face wash just to see if I got the same results and I did. I would definitely recommend this to people that have problems with redness as it definitely seems to help.

Another Winner From Aveeno

I've always enjoyed using Aveeno products and the Ultra Calming Daily Calming Moisturizer will be added to my list of products to buy. The packaging is like the expensive high end products without the high price. The pump style made it easy to control just the right amount of product to use without waste. The moisturizer left my skin hydrated and didn't clog my pores. I love that it is combined with SPF 30 so my skin will be protected without applying another product.

Sticky and not moisturizing

Packaging was good and it was easy to use but that about all I cared for.
It didn’t seem to provide much moisture for my skin and led it feeling tacky and just as dry as before.
I didn’t see any benefits for the spf and found no mater how much I used it didn’t work well.
I did like that there was no scent.

Not my favourite...

I really wanted to love this product... The claims on the packaging looked exactly like what I needed for my skin and I was so excited to try it. Unfortunately, when I apply this product I have to really make sure I rub it in otherwise there will be white patches on my skin which I am assuming the SPF part of the product. The product does smell nice but I can't get over the white film on my face. Occasionally it also reacted with the makeup I put over top of it and would clump off my face in little patches. Overall I'm disappointed because I wanted to love this product.

Ponds sensitive is way better for less than half price

I was excited to try this product I received free for review from Chick advisor, as I have sensitive skin that's tend to break outs,leaving those areas inflamed and sore. When it arrived I started that night! I used for a week straight,and my opinion didn't change from first use,to last. While it feels nice upon application,it tends to leave skin feeling coated,and doesn't feel very moisturized at all.It did,however,calm my redness from the breakouts and not leave my skin feeling sore after applying,as many lotions can do.I went back to using Ponds for sensitive skin,which I love

Love that its SPF 30!

I struggle to find a moisturizer that also has sunscreen and was really excited to try this! I was not disappointed. The moisturizer isn't to thick and goes on quite light and not too greasy. I found that it went nicely under my makeup and didn't feel like it clogged my pores. I also appreciated that it was scent free. I'm not sure how much redness it reduced.

The one thing I'm not a fan of is the price. I feel that $19.99 for a small bottle is a bit overpriced and will most likely look for this lotion on sale.

A little too sticky for me

After trying the Aveeno Ultra Calming daily moisturizer, I found this product wasn’t for me. The texture and smell was fine but it made my skin feel sticky after applying and didn’t feel like it soaked into my skin at all. I will say that since I do have sensitive skin, it did not bother it and helped calm the redness down. Maybe someone with dryer skin may like it. Overall the product seem fairly good but I won’t buy it again based on how my skin felt afterwards.

Moisturizer lasts all day

What I liked about this moisturizer:
The pump clicks side to side to open and close, great for travelling.
It applied well and lasted all day.
It's lightweight without being watery.
It is SPF 30, a definite must!

What I didn't like about it:
1 pump wasn't enough but 2 pumps is too much, so a little tough to gauge how much to dispense.
I'm not sure what the "calming" was supposed to do.

It's a good moisturizer and the scent is so minimal that it's good for sensitive skin.

For those sensitive skins

I have always been a big fan of aveeno products and have used their night creams and other moisturizers as well. This does take a bit to absorb, but does not leave residue. My skin is feeling refreshed and protected with the spf. Absolutely would recommend this product. I was given this product to review by chickadvisor.

Aveeno can do better

I was very excited to try out this product as summer is approaching and I needed to replace my sunscreen that expired a few months ago. I LOVE Aveeno products, their Daily Moisturizing Lotion, body wash, dry shampoo etc. however, this product disappointed me. The packaging itself is very convenient, and the product dispenses through a pump. The lotion itself left a white film upon application, was very sticky and did not seem to absorb well into my skin (I only used a small amount). I did not wear any makeup on the first application and throughout the day my face became quite greasy and still felt greasy. I tried putting on makeup the second time I used the lotion and my foundation went on streakier than usual. It just did not live up to my expectations. I don't know if I'm the only person who had these results because this product is pretty well-liked on other review sites. Anyways, I will probably use this moisturizer on my neck/arms and legs because I don't really like the consistency and texture or the product. Despite this I will continue to purchase other products from Aveeno.
