Super Soft!

I received this Moisturizer from Chick Advisor to review, along with the Cleanser (see review to follow). #gotitfree

I've been using it for a few days now, having wanted to start getting a moisturizer I could use everyday to make my face soft. I've got to say, it does it's job. It feels pretty warm on my cheeks when I first put it on, not a burn, just warm, and then my face feels super soft!

It seems to have also almost evened out my pores, slowly removing the dryness I've been finding at the top of my cheekbones. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has a slight sunscreen scent to it, even though it's supposed to be fragrance free. That goes away almost immediately, just kind of when it comes out of the bottle.

I'm seriously considering purchasing this again, now on my own.

Really great every day moisturizer!

I got this for free as part of the product review club and really enjoyed it. It’s light weight and effective. When you first apply it it’s a bit greasy but that goes away pretty fast. It layers under makeup well without causing any of my other face products to pill. I wish the spf was a bit higher but overall this is a really good every day go to moisturizer.

A good line to try !

This a really good moisturizer to try ! I loved it ! It reduces the redness in my skin and makes it really soft ! Best part , it says it does not clog pores and that is one important concern for me! I received this product from Chick Advisor free to review!

Great product!

I was happy to be one of the lucky members to try this product for free. I was surprised by how light-weight this product felt considering it is a sunscreen which tends to be thick. It didn't irritate my skin which I loved and it didn't leave a sticky residue too.

It's a little on the pricey side, but I would definitely recommend this product to those with sensitive skin and even to those without. (:

Absorbent and SPF'd!

When I first put some of the product on my hand, I thought it would not be very absorbent due to its thickness. I then pat it on my face and it quickly absorbed without feeling like it was overly thick or layered. The plus to this is SPF!!!! I dont have to put another layer of sunscreen on!

Aveeno Ultra Calming

I recieved this as a free sample. I am very outdoorsy so I loved that it was 30 SPF. I really enjoyed the texture of the moisturizer it blended in nicely and wasn't greasy when you applied it. It didn't feel like you had any moisturizer on while you were wearing it. It had a subtle scent which was nice and it definately calmed me. I can see myself using this product. I would definately recommend it and I will pay full price for it as I feel the cost is reasonable. I also liked the packaging that you can lock the pumper knowing it won't accidently pump out. Overall great product!

Moisturizer

I really wanted to love this moisturizer as much as I love all other Aveeno products that I've used to far. A moisturizer for sensitive skin and with SPF sounded perfect! Unfortunately this one is probably my least favourite product from Aveeno so far. The moisturizer has a bit of a sticky feeling to it when I apply it and that's something I have a really hard time with. It's not irritating my skin, but it doesn't feel as nice and smooth as some of the other moisturizers from Aveeno that I have used....and the stickiness is just annoying. I do see it reduces redness but I just cannot get over the not-so-nice-feel on the skin when applying.

Moisturizer but goes on thick

I was sent this moisturizer for free in exchange for my honest review. This ultra-calming moisturizer is designed to reduce the appearance of redness, as well as calm sensitize skin. It also contains SPF 30.
The bottle claims to be scent free but it does have a very mild scent. It goes on quite thick, which may be because of the sunscreen in it. However, it is easy to apply too much which caused me to have to work to rub it in as it goes on white. Also I found that if I applied slightly too much it took a while (more than 30 min) to absorb enough in that I could apply makeup. This wouldn’t be a problem on days where I’ll be doing an activity and won’t need makeup but it isn’t ideal for busy mornings.
I can’t say that it helped the appearance of redness but it did leave my skin smooth and reduced dryness.
The price point is approximately 20$, which I find a little expensive given the size of the bottle. Personally, I wouldn’t buy this product again but would recommend it to anyone with dry, sensitive skin, or days where makeup isn’t being worn.

Love It!!!

AVEENO ULTRA-CALMING DAILY MOISTURIZER WITH SPF 30 is great. It says fragrance free but it does have a light perfume smell. I love that it doesn't smell like SPF like a lot of other moisturizers with SPF in them. I find you have to make sure you rub it in well or you will have white marks on your face #gotitfree

Un Hydratant Quotidien avec SPF à porter SEUL!

Un très bon hydratant avec SPF 30 mais pas parfait...

J'aime beaucoup la délicate odeur (léger floral). La formule est très hydratante ce qui est parfait pour ma peau sèche et sensible. Ayant la peau très acnéique, je suis heureuse de constater que ce produit est réellement non-comédogène. J'ai testé le facteur SPF en voyage et je n'ai absolument pas brûlé (yay!)

Petits bémols: Il y a un léger effet blanchâtre sur la peau après l'application (White Cast). De plus comme le produit ne pénètre pas totalement, il rend l'application de mon maquillage habituel quasi impossible!

En résumé, cet hydratant quotidien avec SPF est parfait pour une utilisation SEUL (sans maquillage) et assez doux pour les peaux les plus sensible. Le format pompe est aussi pratique et sans gâchis.
