Good every day cleanser

I found price for the size reasonable. It had a very mild scent so that was great.
Didn’t foam much but a little went a long way.
It seemed to remove makeup well though I couldn’t get my mascara off, but it’s waterproof so I need an oil based remover usually.
My skin felt clean and soft.
A good everyday cleanser.

Great cleanser...

I love this facial cleanser, it absolutely lives up to my expectations and I will definitely continue to use it. The packaging is great and I like that I can squeeze out as much product as I need. I also like that there is barely any scent and that my skin feels smooth and clean without feeling irritated and dried out.

I am impressed with this facial cleanser!

I have skin that tends to run on the dry side,and is prone to break outs around my period. I was excited to be chosen to try this product free for review form Chick Advisor. It foams well,with only a small amount needed for an amazing clean! It also removed my make up well,without a second wash needed,which as a bonus. After rinsing it left my skin feeling smooth,and slightly moisturized, not immediately right like a lot of other washes. It also drastically reduced my redness in areas with breakouts. My skin looks smoother,and clearer

Good cleanser

Overall this is a good cleanser. It cleaned makeup from my face, even mascara which can be tough. I also really liked that it is scent free. I did find it a bit thick for a gel. I would have liked it to be a little more liquidy so I didn't feel like I had to use so much when washing my face. Other than that I'd purchase it again. As well the price is about average for most facial cleansers.

My skin loved it!

I was very happy to try the Aveeno Ultra Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser. I have sensitive skin so cleaners often leave my skin dry and very red. I have a hard time finding one i like. This product however fit all my needs. It doesn’t have a smell, it has a light smooth feel and is effective enough to clean away makeup and post gym sweat and grime. Plus too was that my face doesn’t go red and dry after, I don’t need to run to my moisturizer right away to soothe it. A definite plus. Great gel cleanser

I was very excited to try this cleanser as I can never find one that I really like.

This cleanser is a gel, but it is very thick and has an almost lotion like feel to it. It doesn't really lather into bubbles but it rinses well.

Usually within minutes of my shower the skin on my face starts to feel dried out and tight and that wasn't the case while using this cleanser.

The only unfortunate thing with this cleanser is that I had a breakout and it didn't help with the redness or clearing up my skin.

Amazing!

I received this product to try from chickadvisor. I dont often use gel cleansers but I quite liked using this one. It didnt leave my skin feeling dried out, instead feeling soft and smooth. Exactly what I would expect from Aveeno.

I personally found it to be average, nothing stands out from this cleanser than from others on the market.

I did not think it hydrated as it claims, but at the same time it did not dry out skin as other moisturizers may do. That is why I clarify it to be an average cleanser. It does its work by cleansing the skin. It did not dry out, so some nights I could skip out on night time moisturizing and be fine without it in the morning.

The scent was ok, a little disliked, but that I find with most cleansers.

Beautiful clean skin

After using this cleanser my skin was clean and smooth. It kind of had this cooling hydrating feeling. The texture was nice to, no sticky at all. The price at shoppers drug mart was kind of expensive compared to my regular cleaner. But for my sensitive skin it another great option for me now.

Gentle yet effective cleanser

Don't let it's name fool you. This cleanser is ultra calming and gentle on sensitive skin but it is also very effective in cleaning your skin. It was very good at taking off my make up at the end of the day. It left my skin feeling clean but not stripped of moisture. I didn't experience any redness after using this cleanser.

The texture of the cleanser itself is gel like as it was rightfully named. It foams up enough so that you feel like your skin is being cleaned. Note that it has a light scent to it but nothing offensive to the nose.
