Radiant clean skin!

I was lucky enough to try the Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser for free from ChickAdvisor. I have very sensative skin so find it difficult to use soap products on my face. This cleanser was super gentle on my skin and make my face feel dry. After using it a few days, I found my skin to feel softer and less dry.

I also like that it doesn’t have any smell or residue after washing it off. Would highly recommend.

Works very well

This cleanser worked very well in calming down the redness that I usually get from washing my face. Used in conjunction with the moisturizer it almost completely eliminated it. It is gentle and you don't need much to work up a lather as it is quite thick and the scent is nice and mild. I would definitely consider purchasing this again.

Good every day cleanser

I found price for the size reasonable. It had a very mild scent so that was great.
Didn’t foam much but a little went a long way.
It seemed to remove makeup well though I couldn’t get my mascara off, but it’s waterproof so I need an oil based remover usually.
My skin felt clean and soft.
A good everyday cleanser.

Great cleanser...

I love this facial cleanser, it absolutely lives up to my expectations and I will definitely continue to use it. The packaging is great and I like that I can squeeze out as much product as I need. I also like that there is barely any scent and that my skin feels smooth and clean without feeling irritated and dried out.

Good cleanser

Overall this is a good cleanser. It cleaned makeup from my face, even mascara which can be tough. I also really liked that it is scent free. I did find it a bit thick for a gel. I would have liked it to be a little more liquidy so I didn't feel like I had to use so much when washing my face. Other than that I'd purchase it again. As well the price is about average for most facial cleansers.

I personally found it to be average, nothing stands out from this cleanser than from others on the market.

I did not think it hydrated as it claims, but at the same time it did not dry out skin as other moisturizers may do. That is why I clarify it to be an average cleanser. It does its work by cleansing the skin. It did not dry out, so some nights I could skip out on night time moisturizing and be fine without it in the morning.

The scent was ok, a little disliked, but that I find with most cleansers.

Great clean with no irritation

I liked this product better than the moisturizer. It does a great job of cleaning my face and removing all my makeup. It does not irate my skin at all, which is great as some products cause me to break out in hives. This cleanser is gentle enough that I use it both morning and night, with no irritation or annoying scent. I will definitely try it again!

Pretty average cleanser

I find the Aveeno Ultra Calming cleanser to be pretty average. It has the usual goopy consistency of your typical gel cleanser, that is surprisingly tough to squeeze out of the tube. It lathered up okay and left my face feeling clean and smooth without any redness. The scent was nice and delicate too. It got the job done, but didn't blow me away.

Good cleanser for after the gym

I got this product free as part of a Chick Advisor campaign. The gel cleanser is quite thick so you have to squeeze the bottle relatively hard to get any product to come out, but other than that the product is great! Leaves my skin feeling refreshed and light, very calmed after the gym and ready to go back to my day. Highly recommend.

Great cleanser

I got to try out the Aveeno Ultra Calming hydrating gel cleanser. I was surprised it was very gentle on my very sensitive skin. It didn't dry my skin out as much and did not irritate it. I like how it made my skin feel clean and smooth. The texture is a thick gel so it's feels very concentrated so just a small drop will be enough to clean your face. I would def recommend this to anyone who have sensitive skin!
