I currently own this manual pump, as well as a Medela single electric pump, and I have to say that I love this one much more! While it can be a bit of a pain using a manual pump, and there are a lot of parts to clean and put back together, this one, at least for me, is worth the trouble. This pump stimulates well enough to encourage let down and I find I am able to fill a bottle within approximately 15-20 minutes. The breast shield that comes with this pump makes it much more comfortable as well, and is used to stimulate the breast in the same way that an infant does.
