I have found this product to be ineffective for my skin. It does contain salicylic acid which is used in acne treatments but my problem with this product is that it peels off the skin before it can effectively work. The product is usually put on at night and worn overnight. It doesn't take much to cause this product to peel off, even yawning will loosen the product. This product would be better if it were in a cream form rather than a gel form as it may stay on the skin better. Overall, I would not recommend this product as a blemish spot treatment.
