I liked this conditioner - Once it dried (about a minute), I was able to pair it with some of my mascara that did not quite give my lashes the "umph" I was looking for.

When I first bought this and started using it, I thought it was garbage. It's a very wet formula and it didn't seem to make any difference in my eye lashes. However, by chance I had applied it and then had to hold off on mascara for a minute to see something my son wanted to show me. That's how I discovered how to make it work. Let it dry! It adds amazing length and volume when used properly.
The only downfall is the smell. Holy mama this stuff stinks! Thankfully it doesn't smell when it's on my eyes because it's god awful.
