It's the only eye make up remover I've ever used

I've been using this stuff ever since I started wearing make up, at like 12-13, my aunt has been a dedicated representative for Avon for over 25 years, so I legit have an endless supply of this from over the years ☺️, but it's legit the only stuff I've ever faithfully used to removed stubborn eye makeup, including waterproof mascara 😍. I also like that its a lotion with added moisturizing benefits.

As an Avon rep and an avid makeup skin care lover, this makeup remover is one of the best on the market. It's inexpensive and doesn't smell full of chemicals. It does the job or removing the most stubborn of eye makeup...can't ask for better than that!

Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion

This eye makeup remover is one of my favorite Avon products ever. I have tried other eye makeup removers but they never seemed to get all of the makeup off , the Avon makeup remover works so well it takes off every bit of makeup. I never had a problem with irritation to my eyes and it is very gentle on your skin. Will continue to buy this product.

My mom used to purchase this all the time and I loved using it. The cream would help lather up on the eye make up (Mascara mostly) and be able to wipe it away without having to go back over the area a bunch of times and irritate the skin.

I’ve been using this makeup remover for awhile now, my older sister had introduced me too it, and now I just have them stocked and I always am showing my friends, it leaves your skin feeling soft, there’s not really a scent which is perfect for people with sensitive skin! I use this everyday. It takes off make up quick and easy no matter how much makeup you have on. And is not harsh on your skin. Great for kids that dance makeup too.

Have used Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion for over 30 years and I'm extremely loyal to it. I swear this product is the reason why, at 56 years young, I have not 1 wrinkle on my face and especially NO wrinkles around my eyes.

It's creamy and does NOT sting.
Can be used by contact lens wearers.
Using 1 slightly dampened round cleansing pad, apply 12 individual drops spread out on it. Take 2nd dampened pad and squish pads together to distribute product to both pads. Start with cleansing eyes and then entire face.

Does excellent job removing both waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Fantastic at cleansing my entire face of every last bit of makeup - even stubborn lip pencil, and so I use all over entire face. Once makeup is removed, I turn pads over and go over entire face with clean side of pad to remove any makeup residue. I do NOT rinse my face after.

I use nightly to remove ALL my makeup, I am hooked as it not only cleanses very well but has added benefit moisturing to keep wrinkles at bay.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying it - and if you score deal with Avon's yearly sale for $2.49 (2018 sale) - STOCK UP! A bottle lasts me 3 months as only need 12 drops. Price cannot be beat - fantastic value!

In my opinion, this is the best makeup remover ever. It is very gentle and removes even the waterproof makeup. I wear black eye liner and black mascara everyday and this is my go to cream make up remover. And it is SO cheap, I usually stock up when it's on sale for .99 cents.

The only Makeup Remover I Use

This is the only makeup remover lotion that I use. I love the creamy formula and the way it removes makeup. This makeup remover will remove ANYTHING and is very gentle to use. I have sensitive eyes and I can use this without any burning or stinging. I also love the price, very affordable.

Great for the price

Not into cream makeup removers at all but for $2 you cannot beat that at all. It works pretty well and you get quite a bit of product. I usually wait to stock up when they have them on for .99cents.
