It's not so great for full face makeup removal, but for the eyes it works great!

If you want a product that removes waterproof mascara and eye makeup gently and effectively, this is the perfect pick. It's light and creamy. I don't use anything but this product. Give it a try and I'm sure you will agree.

I love this product, I have tried so many different types of eye make up remover and this is the only one I liked and still use.

Over my 40 years I have tried almost every eye makeup remover from the cheapest to the most expensive. I have severe allergies and almost every one would cause irritation. Then several years ago I tried the Avon Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover. To my Surprise I had no irritation what so ever with it. Plus I applied it with a Q Tip and simply wiped it off with a tissue. WOW it's amazing. Can't live without it.

I found this product to work beautifully and leave a very refreshing feel. It does seem like a lot of money, but does last for a while. The best thing is to wait for it to go on sale as Avon has sales often, that is how I managed to get a bottle for myself for $0.99.

I will definitely be keeping this product with my make up kit.
