I love this eye makeup remover from Avon. I didn't have high hopes for it at first since it only cost me 0.99 cents for one bottle. The product is in the form of a lotion rather than liquid and you apply it on a cotton pad, just like you would any other eye makeup remover. I usually use two squirts of lotion for each eye to remove all of the makeup.

This product is so effective and gentle on the eyes. I love how it completely removes the eye makeup (except for waterproof mascara, which I've had to struggle with a little more, although it does get some of it off, more so than other brands I've tried). The lotion has never irritated my eyes or given them that stinging sensation. I find that it also moisturizes the eye area pretty well.

I only wish they would make a bigger bottle, since it is rather small.

I use alot of waterproof products and no makeup remover I had every used in the past really worked. I use this religously. I cant say anything anything bad about this product. It is very affordable and effective. It has lasted me forever alittle goes a long way.

this was my first eye makeup remover. when i bought this, i had no idea it was considered really cheap! some of the eye make up removers out there are ridiculously expensive! but now i know how awesome this is.. :) it works really well to take off all my eye makeup and especially mascara. i do need to wash my face immediately after using this which isn't really a big deal. i always end up going back to it after trying other more expensive eye make up removers :P

This product works quite well for removing eye makeup. It is not my usual brand but I always have a bottle on hand. Price is good, unfortunately you just can't walk into a store to purchase. It is not greasy or oily, handy just to squeeze on a Qtip to get the bit of mascara or makeup that is smudged etc. The bottle is small which makes it handy for small cosmetic bags and when travelling.

This stuff is great! I don't find it works super well to take my make-up off, but I usually wash my face, then use this on a Q-tip to get rid of all the left-over makeup around my eyes. It also works great mid-day as a touch up. And its super duper cheap!

This is one of the best eye makeup removers that I've ever used. It is very mild and non-irritating. I've even used it on my kids to remove halloween makeup. I love the fact that it is a lotion, easy to apply and doesn't leave any oily residue. When on sale, the price is unbeatable. I'm not a proponent of Avon, but this is one product I highly recommend.

I totally agree with the other reviewer. This is one of my favourite eye make up removers. It works so well and is really inexpensive! It's a lotion-based eye make up remover, so it's neither too oily or drying. I find I also don't always need a cotton ball. Sometimes it works fine when I dab it on the area with my fingertips - the eye make up comes off just as easily. Good for those who never stock up on cotton balls or who are traveling and do not want to carry too many things with them.

If you do wear waterproof mascara though, this may not be as effective as stronger eye make up removers.

Psst! Don't buy them at regular price and wait until Avon has them on sale for $0.99! It is so worth it and the price is an absolute steal! I like to stock up when the price is that good.

I absolutely love this makeup remover!
Firstly the price is amazing! It is on sale about 90% the time for $.99 and it works sooo much better than higher priced brand name product I have tried in the past.
To use this product you put a tiny (and I mean tiny) dot of it on your finger and rub it gently over your eye and the makeup melts off. Then you rinse it off (I use a round makeup pad thing that I dampened) and every last speck of makeup is gone. It works amazingly well, it does not irritate and because it is a cream it is much more gentle on eyes than the alcohol or oil based products. Would recommend a million times over!

I have been using this stuff for years and am still currently using it. I love that I can really rub it in my eyes. I also kinda feel like it reduces the dryness under my eye.
