This is a great product. Also it should be used under all other creams as it is a treatment. You will not get any pilling if you have exfoliated your skin first. The reason people get pilling from their creams is because other excess dead skin cells.

This stuff is amazing and amazing good value, especially when on sale. It really tightens and firms skin immediately. It leaves an invisible film on the face - you can feel the tightening action - and some may not like this feeling. It also tends to pill when applied on top of moisturizer, so I generally use it on it's own with a little blush.
I've used lots of firming creams - some ridiculously expensive - and this is the best!
