this eyeliner is great

I like Avon eyeliner pencil as it goes on smooth and easy. No pulling on the skin or pressing hard because it is much softer than some brands I have tried

One of the best eyeliners I’ve used very low on budget and it actually covers and stays on, long lasting,no smudges, don’t have to keep sharpening it so it lasts a long time I’ve had mine for 3 years and it’s no where near done! I’ll defiantly be buying anther when it does

Love this eye liner! I have tried others in the past and usually end up with red itchy eyes. Then I tried this and never had a problem. It doesn't smear. It doesn't run and get in my eyes even if my eyes water from the cold, tired, or whatever the reason may be. It's bold stay long colour. And to b honest if I don't wash my face before bed for whatever reason it doesn't usually smudge off either! Love it!!

A very low price on a great product! Soft enough that it applies easily, but does not smudge easily.
