Excellent Product that is healthy and hydrating for the lips

I bought Rose Oil Lip Balm from the Dollar tree for $2 + sales taxes. It is a hydrating balm that contains mineral oils that feel good on the lips. It leaves them with a healthy shine. The one I bought was clear, so it can be applied over or under other lip products. It is Paraben and Pthalate Free.

Overall I am happy and satisfied with the product and its performace.
