According to the website this lip shine is described as " A non-sticky formula infused with vitamins glides onto lips smoothly for a sheer and shiny application. Delivers an ideal balance of color and shine."

I found it sticky and it felt a but thick when you try to rub your lips together. I had to apply lip gloss on top of the lip shine to make it feel smoother and to achieve the "glide" feeling.

On the positive side It is sheer and shiny and comes in an array of colors.

I would not buy this product again. it was more of a lip tint for me.
