Expensive and disappointing
The Baby Gourmet cereals are the most expensive baby cereals compared to all others on the market, and yet very often, once you open the bag, you get that rancid smell. The cereal isn't expired but yet it seems that one of the grains or ingredients is old. My baby loved cereals until I switched to this brand. And I now realize that he probably can taste that it was rancid! I can say that out of the six bags we opened (brand new), three were stale. I keep all cereals in the same cupboard and only had this issue with Baby Gourmet. I stopped buying it and switched back.
Smooth, easy to make and yummy
My daughter is 7 months old and since 3 months she has been allergic to cows protein meaning she cannot have any dairy. This product is 100% dairy free and I am confident when ever I buy it. Its s little more expensive to buy as it is organic as well but it's gone on sale and I was even able to get a coupon for it. She loves the flavors and always eats her whole portion. My only wish is they had more selection and something for older than 6 months to introduce texture.
Yummy in his tummy
When first introducing my little one to solids, he refused to take any rice cereal. A friend suggested oatmeal instead so I picked up Baby gourmet starter oatmeal and it was a hit. I wanted to get some more veggies into his diet so I grabbed this one. He ate a whole bowl full the very first time. Now we have it every night before bed!
Baby hated this
This was super clumpy and the taste/texture was off. Baby did not like it at all. Maybe because it had no milk so it wasnt creamy. Will toss in garbage ! what a waste!
