Finally a way to rub your own back with PRESSURE!

The BackJoy is an S-shaped piece of plastic with intermittent knobs sticking out of it. There are knobs on both sides of the device and at the ends. These knobs are spaced so that they touch your back, neck, and other body parts on trigger points, which I often find to be sore. The design of this device allows you to position the knobs where you need relief and apply firm, direct pressure. Imagine someone digging their thumbs or elbows into your back...it hurts so good! But be careful not to apply too much pressure for a long duration. This can aggravate your muscles and you will be sore the next day.
