Cakey and Flakey with Eye Irritation

Mascara did not apply smoothly, it was clumpy- cakey and flakey. It was dried out-like and fell off lashes like powder- didn't even stay on 2 hours without it irritating my eyes-they were really red, and burning which lasted 3 days. Also- the mascara that stayed on my lashes was very hard to take off, which irritated the tissue around my eye lids even on the inside.
