Really help for a good sleep

This is the second tin I buy. One tin last me for up to 9 months. It is great for meditation and relaxing when I have a hard time falling asleep. The texture is a bit oily because of the olive oil. I put some on my wrists. It has a soothing and calming smell. The organic ingredients certification is a definite plus point. The price is reasonable too. I will definitely continue to purchase it for myself and for a gift.
