Tasty and refreshing beverage

Recently tried Bai Antioxidant Infusion Ipanema Pomegranate flavour. It has only 10 calories and 1 gram of sugar. This is a very tasty and refreshing alternative to water or a sports drink. It has significantly less sugar than juice but packs a lot of natural fruit flavour in each bottle. The pomegranate flavour was very tasty and tart. A very thirst quenching and delicious beverage during my workout. Keeps me hydrated and cool while doing my cardio. It also contains 65mg of caffeine which gives a nice boost after an exhausting workout.

Tastes great!!

So yummy! It has very little sugar in it so it’s not an unhealthy drink, if you’re someone who doesn’t like drinking water this is amazing for you. You get all the goodness of the fruits fused into your water which makes it taste more like juice rather than water.

J’ai éte sélectionnée pour essayer gratuitemement la saveur Ipanema Grenade de Bai infusion antioxydante. J’ai beaucoup aimé la saveur (comme les autres d’ailleurs!). Pas trop sucrée, c’est une boisson rafraîchissante. Une belle option santé. J’aime le fait qu’elle soit antioxydante et que ce soit des édulcorants de source naturelle puisque je ne suis pas du tout fan des autres types d’édulcorants. Je recommande!

Light and refreshing

Got to try this for free for my honest review. The pomegranate one is what I tried. It wasn’t as tart as I thought it might be. And not overly sweet tasting. Which is what I don’t like with juice. And being a type 2 diabetic the 1g of sugar is great. It has been over 30 degrees here lately so it was very refreshing. It’s sold in the middle part of the grocery store not the refrigerator section. So tired it both ways. I didn’t really like it warm. But really enjoyed it cold. My 10 year old and 2 year old also liked it. We don’t have juice in our house but might buy these for a treat.
