If you love and understand Bakugan...

I was pleased to have choosen to test and learn more about a Bakugan toy. My daughter is 6 years old and she tried to play with it. It took a bit of practice to fold the character, a dragon in this case, into a ball. The folding parts are a bit finicky. The ball is supposed to be rolled onto a special card that causes the ball to pop open into the character and light up for a few seconds. There were no instructions on the package so an internet search helped. The idea is you need to purchase more pieces so you can 'brawl' and play a game. My daughter was not that interested in this toy as she dosn't know Bakugan ( based on an anime television series.) I can see how a child that is into this series can collect the characters and play with other children who also have characters. It is kind of like Pokemon.

Son likes it but it won’t last long

My son really likes the bakugan, they are made a little flimsy but this one lights up when it pops open, he would like it better if the light stayed on for more than 5 seconds. He said that this one isn’t as magnetic as his other ones which he says is a bonus because they don’t stay stuck to the card. Overall it’s neat but not sure how long it’ll last.
