Delicious on Pizza

Delicious cheese! I picked this up from the Italian market for a meat and cheese plate. It was a hit at the dinner part. It is a more dense and rich cheese. Quite sharp. Great flavour! It was a great choice for the plate. I will certainly use this cheese again next time I creat a charcuterie board.
