Bali Balm Pineapple Lip Scrub is a product that buffs and hydrates lips by applying the scrub for 30 seconds and then wiping it off. It's a little bit messy to apply, but it makes up for this in effectiveness. Before I tried it I was using lip balm a dozen times a day, and now I use this once every day or two and can skip the lip balm and my lips feel better. And it smells really good!
