I like it!

This a perfectly sized sunscreen to take with you on short trips away and weekends. I don't get the white cast which I appreciate as a woman of colour and it works great on the body and the face. It is also fragrance free so would work well for those with sensitive skin.

I will definitely buy this again

This sunscreen protected my skin without messy cream or smell. It absorbed quickly and the only spot I burned was the spot I forgot to use it! My bad not the product.

Change in container and effectiveness

This used to be my go to sunscreen, but after my most recent purchase, I think that I need to look for something better.
The product now comes in a squeeze bottle with a flip up top, and aside from the change in the container, there must have been a change in formula, too. I used this on a recent trip to California, and even with diligent applications every few hours, I still got sunburned.
The formula is also a lot runnier than in the past. Not a fan, and I will not be purchasing this again.

I wear sunscreen pretty much all year round on my face and my body whenever it's exposed ' otherwise, I burn due to my fair skin being burned severely throughout my lifetime.

For the Fall, Winter, and Spring, I'm ok with using a lower SPF sunscreen to protect my face and hands from UV rays and sunburns (especially while skiing or other winter sports where your face can still be affected by the sun!).

This sunscreen has a lighter scent than the normal Hawaiian Tropic smell, but it is definitely there. Be aware if you are sensitive to scents, or are in a scent free office or other location!

The cream is medium thickness, and only a little bit is required to blend into the skin. I find that it actually applies MUCH easier than other sunscreens with minimal effort. A little bit also goes a long way with this sunscreen.

It definitely makes my skin feel soft, and despite using it while working outside after work this week in the bitter chill of Winter, my face hasn't gotten that windburn it normally does in this kind of weather. The best testing I could do for waterproofing was washing the tops of my hands and lower arms in the sink with just water ' they still felt soft on top afterwards (vs dry after a cold outdoor exposure), hence it stayed on my skin where I did not actually scrub.

Overall, I like the ease of application and durability/longevity of this sunscreen. It makes me feel a lot better about going into the sun and bitter sunny wind feeling protected

I hate rubbing in suncream, especially on the beach, so I wanted to try a spray. Although I know it's probably not as economically effective, I find there's a lot of product in the bottle. I also feel I'm getting really good coverage. In fact, since I've been using this sunscreen, I've not burnt at all.

Worst sunscreen that I've ever used, it was greasy and my skin broke out into a rash ,terrible product

We spend a lot of time on the water and this is a great form of protection! I didn't have that slimy greasy sweaty feeling after rubbing it in. This stuff spreads nicely and you don't need a tonne of it. Will continue to buy! I use it on a 7yo 14 yo and two 36 yo's.

Banana Boat is a wonderful sunscreen that comes at an affordable price. The smell is amazing and it last so long before having to reapply. We have been purchasing this for years and love it.

This sunscreen is amazing, it's waterproof and doesn't smell funny. I use it when we do our outdoor activities like biking, jogging and hanging out at the lake/beach. So easy to apply because it's a mist sunscreen.

Just like all the other sunscreens that I have tried, it does the job. The only problem with it is that it has an extremely oily look and feel which can kind of make your skin feel disgusting in the middle of summer. If it was more absorbing then I would probably buy it again.
