A great waterproof bandage with pros and cons

I was given the opportunity to test out Band-Aid brand pro heel bandages. I really enjoyed how waterproof these bandages were and how well they stayed put. They did seem to help speed up healing a bit. However, the thing that makes them great also causes a bit of a problem occasionally. While these Band-Aids stick really well, the healing gel that is added to them, them can also stick to any scabbing that has formed. And if your wound is not fully healed and you remove the Band-Aid too soon, it can pull the scabbing off. Overall, I really did like these bandages but you need to be prepared to wear them for a while or risk pulling the scab off.

So comfortable

Having a 10 year old boy means lots and lots of scrapes and cuts. This Band-Aid is absolutely amazing! It has a long pad so it can cover long scrapes with ease. It is very flexible and waterproof so it keeps the wound dry and clean. Even when rubbing the skin the bandage doesn't move. It's super strong and won't rip or peel away. I would highly recommend these bandages as my son now refuses any other type.

Innovative bandage!

Band-Aid Pro Heal Bandages came at the right time! I had gotten wounds from an oil splatter a few days before receiving these. I used it on one of my bigger wounds, changing to a new bandage every couple of days. And wow did it heal beautifully! I love that these Pro Heal bandages are completely waterproof. They protected and kept my wound dry even under showers and I didn't have to change every day because the bandage was sealed tight around my wound! The hydrocolloid gel

We got this just in time as my son scraped his knee and we noticed these helped heal my son faster than his average bandaid. I hope they make this in a bigger size for all his future scratches and scrapes!

Not only does this provide a cushion for your wound, it helps to keep the wound hydrated and moist to promote healing. The hydrocolloid pad also helps to prevent scaring and block germs.

These bandages are quite durable and waterproof. They stayed on while in the shower and while doing dishes. I think they are great to have in your purse and in your first aid kit. I don't typically like plastic bandages as I find that they do not stick well, but this product applied securely to my skin and stayed in place for a lengthy period of time without issue. I love the rugged texture of this bandage and the fact that it is waterproof. It certainly holds up for any finger or hand injuries where you need to continue to work.
