I had heard good things about Bandelettes and I bought some because I figured they were worth a try for the great price they are (with super cheap shipping to boot!) and now I want a hundred pairs!

I wore them for the first time the other day and I hardly noticed they were there. What I DID notice though was that I had NO chafing - the main reason I don't wear dresses/skirts without tights, even when it's too hot to do so.

Bandelettes stay put like they promise to, and they are worth every penny. They actually changed my life.

A really great alternative to hose, tights or shapewear if you have an issue with your thighs rubbing together. These 'Bandelettes' look like the top of stockings, but are larger in width and designed to stop your thighs from rubbing together. They do offer lace as well as solid ones, and my personal experience has been that in the summer when you are prone to sweating the lace ones can still cause chafing but the solid ones do not. As opposed to a short type garment you wear these with your own underwear and they give you the airy comfort of a skirt in the hot months. I didn't wear skirts for years in the summer because by the time I put on shorts or something to stop the chafing, I was hot. And this summer I bought several dresses just because I have found these.

At first you won't find these logical. And depending on your physique it can take a bit of work to make them sit properly. Because I have a large bottom and need to Bandelettes to sit high I find getting them into place take some fussing and I have to sit before I can get them in the right place, but generally after that I don't have to do any adjustments.

Additionally the staff at Bandelettes has been extremely helpful, prompt and in one case went above and beyond. The only issue for Canadians is that you need to order a few pairs to make the shipping fees worthwhile.
