In Dec I hit 35 :o and was at a complete loss as far as my changing skin, skin care and make up were concerned. I stopped in to a Bare Minerals store and had a visit with the consultant. I am now a customer for life. I wish I had known of their products years ago. My skin is combo, very sensitive, freckled and this make up is an answered prayer :)

I was never a foundation person, but as I got older , I felt that my face needed something to make my skin tone even. I tried other stuff but Bare Escentuals foundation is the best. It gives you cover without the heaviness.

I have been using this foundation for about a year now. And I can't believe I never knew about this product before! Its amazing. I use the matte version since I have oily skin and I haven't had any major breakouts since using this product. I purchased the kit which comes with a few brushes. I love the concealer brush. However, the other brushes are not very good quality. Love the foundation though!

I cannot live without this product! Before trying Bare Minerals, I really didn't believe all the buzz about it. After my sister suggested I use it, I decided to try it and I am so glad I did. LIke most women aka "chicks," I have skin imperfections - acne scars and hyperpigmentation that I want to hide, but not look like I am wearing a ton of makeup. Besides, living in Arizona, your makeup tends to slide off if you wear too much or the wrong kind. I would not leave the house without it. Besides, it's really not very expensive, and really even cheaper than most other brands. I have tried the other brands, too, but always come back to Bare Minerals because nothing else comes close! If you have skin imperfections that you are trying to hide, I would suggest that you give Bare Minerals a try.

I started buying this while I had oily skin. I did not have to touch up my make up throughout the day. I stayed shine free!!

This is a beautiful cosmitics line. My husband treated me to a make up splurge not long ago as he knows how much i dislike spending anything over 5 dollars on anything for myself when it comes to beauty products. We went to sephora and purchased the bare essentials boxed kit for fair skin. When i got home i just had to try it right away, i was speechless! I have always had my "go to" concealers and foundation powders but this is like nothing i have ever tried before. Bare essentials really hit the nail on the head with this cosmetics line. It is fairly easy to apply once you figure out the procedure and is very much worth the little extra time it takes to apply. You truely feel like you are wearing nothing at all. It is a light weight, refreshing, full coverage concealer that is well worth the extra money. It will last me a long time with the amount i need to use. I will definately purchase this again!

I really love this product, Im not a huge make up wearer, and Im lucky enough to have nothing super duper wrong with my skin that I need to cover it a ton...If you are trying to cover up scars/zits etc this isnt the product for you however...although I doubt youd be using just a powder for something serious.

I really love the lid part, it keeps it so when your done you can snap it shut so the little holes dont let out any powder! really awesome for me when Im traveling.

All in all good product!

The only downside to this foundation is the pricetag. That being said, it is my favourite mineral foundation! I don't have to worry about putting bad junk on my face and the coverage is amazing!! I would highly recommend this to anyone, sensitive skin or not!

i got a little sample of this from sephora and this foundation is great :) its not too expensive for how much prooduct you get and i like the coverage it gives and it feels really light on my face
