I really liked this product and if you are willing to pay a little extra it is definitely number 1

I have been using Bare Escentuals for more than 7 years. I will NEVER use any other foundation. It lives up to its promises and delivers excellent results. I highly recommend this product for all age groups.

Great product for natural coverage. I have used this for about 3 years now. It feels good on. It doesn't feel caked on or like I am wearing a mask. my skin can breathe when I use it and that has really improved the quality of my skin. The best part is it doesn't even look like I am wearing make up.

My only complaint is the powder is a bit messy. I always to get some powder around the sink and I hate cleaning it up. But that would be a problem with any mineral formulation and it is well worth it.

I LOVE this foundation set. I bought it a few months ago, when my skin was acting up, and it truly helped clear my uneven skin tone (with the help of other products too), very quickly! I usually stay away from powder-type foundations, but the rave reviews on this brand couldn't keep me away from trying it (beauty junkie).

Here are the things I love about it
- build-able coverage.. it doesn't take very much to create a very natural look, but it can be forgiving to uneven skin tones
- it is so light, you cannot feel it!
- It stays on all day, doesn't smudge, smear, or look blotchy by the end of the day
- It is one of the most natural/eco-friendly alternatives for foundations out there
- it is fragrance free, and works well on sensitive skin
- it claims to give your skin nutrients and minerals (not sure if this is true, but it helped my skin!)
- has an SPF in it!
- matches skin tone easily

The only thing I'm not crazy about is the price, but it was honestly worth it! Great product- would recommend!

love the way this goes on and makes my skin look great. But Bare Minerals is the perfect amount of coverage and I don't feel like I'm wearing makeup. I've just started using Bare Minerals foundation and will never use anything else. Just wish it was cheaper.

This prodcut is MAGIC!!!!! Turning 40 is no picnic!! My skin has changed and I was frustrated with having tried EVERYBRAND of foundation at Shopper's!!! My sister sent me Bare Minerals as a gift. She is SOOOO my favorite sister right now!! Great coverage(little or a lot) my lines disappeared!!! My beautiful face is back!!!

Bare Escentuals is the first mineral makeup that I tried and it left me with the feeling that mineral makeup was not for me. I have combination-to-oily skin, and this foundation did everything wrong. It settled into fine lines making them look far deeper than they actually are. It added an unnatural (and unhealthy looking) sheen to my face. It caused an itchy sensation that drove me nuts, and I don't have sensitive skin.

It turns out that the itchy, irritated feeling is caused by one of the ingredients: Bismuth. I've learned to stay clear of that ingredient when it comes to mineral makeup. Ironically, it is used in Pepto Bismal, so I guess it is better to ingest it than blend it into you skin!

Everyday Minerals works well for me, as does Meow Minerals and many others. However, I'll never use Bare Escentuals again.

I received this in a gift bag I won- I will buy it once I run out! It is so nice on my skin and adds a natural coverage. Very light and non-irritating (I have sensitive skin). I use it on top of my studio fix and I am good to go for the day. It is messy but what powder isn't?

After hearing so many good things about this makeup & my mom & aunt raving about how much they loved it I thought I would try it so I bought the starter kit at the Bare Escentuals store for about $60 I think. I really really wanted to like this makeup but I have to say I'm not a huge fan. I don't normally wear foundation but I thought this would be good to even out my skin tone & I was disappointed. I didn't like the foundation brush that the kit came with at all because it shed bristles all over my face & chest, I had to constantly brush myself off. I thought the foundation was a bit too powdery for me & it got everywhere!

After using liquid foundations and clogging my pores for quite some time now, I switched over to Bare Minerals and have never turned back. The foundation has surprisingly great coverage and blends right into the skin. It doesn't feel like a mask like the liquid foundation used to and stay on great throughout the day. What can I say? I love it!
