Oh my goodness...Yummy gooey caramel taste sensation!!!

I'll start by saying that I'm not a huge caramel fan, but I thought this was pretty good considering! I do wish it was a milk chocolate bar rather than a dark because I feel that combo with caramel is better, but it was tasty nonetheless. Loved the pecans!

The Dob Dobs were the first Baroness Bar I tried! Let me start off by saying that I love the fact that Baroness Chocolate is ethically and sustainably sourced as I feel this is important and socially responsible. I really liked the portion size of the bar and it is very easy to break into smaller pieces (not that you can stop and eat just one once you've started - lol!) The texture of the chocolate was smooth and creamy and the combination of flavours was fresh and sweet - but not too sweet! The caramel was a nice consistency and the nuts were just an added bonus - Loved it!

Caramel was saltier than I was expecting and it was super messy to eat. If you break this bar, the top and bottom halves separate with the caramel oozing out. I feel like I need to eat this on a plate. Still tasted amazing though! I can't believe how not sweet this tasted considering how much was in it!

I absolutely love the taste of chocolate, pecan and caramel and I was not disappointed with this bar! Although I wished the chocolate was a milk chocolate instead of a semi-sweet, I still loved the way the caramel paired with the tasty crunch of the almonds. Overall, my fourth favourite flavour.

This was my third fave. There wasnt as much caramel and pecans, but none the less the chocolate was amazing and the combination was so good! The pricepoint is too high for me, but for those gourmet chocolate lovers this is the bar for you!

I was one of the lucky people chosen to try the Baroness chocolate bars and I am so glad that I was. This bar in particular was one of my favorites. The chocolate was high quality and delicious. It had the right amount of caramel in it and was over all very good. The pecans were an nice addition and added a nice crunch to the bar.

I love that this bar is organic and gluten free. As someone who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle I did not have to worry about enjoying this bar as the ingredients are high quality.

I absolutely love all of the Baroness chocolate bars, but their Dob Dobs chocolate bar is my absolute favorite! The taste is so unique. I really like that Baroness chocolate bars are organic. My craving for chocolate was definitely satisfied after eating this chocolate bar. It is so rich and delicious! The combination of the chocolate, caramel, and pecans is just wonderful. This Baroness chocolate bar is different from other brands because it is high quality. The taste is rich. I really like that it is fair-trade and gluten-free. These chocolates would make the perfect gifts for friends and family. I will definitely be purchasing several of these to give as gifts.

This was one of my favourite bars of the seven baroness chocolate bars I received as part of Chick Advisor's Review Club. Firstly, I loved the packaging - very cute and colourful. Like the rest of the baroness chocolate bars I received I found that the quality of chocolate was very good. I also loved the flavour - the caramel was seriously to die for. Hands down loved this one!!

However, I found the bar very difficult to break into pieces. The bar itself was quite thick and because of the extra layer of chocolate covering the "toppings" (as the company has recently changed their chocolate recipe and now includes the toppings inside the bar instead of on the top), the bar was especially hard to break apart, often crumbling to pieces and being quite messy when trying to break a piece off. I would love for it to be a bit thinner and to have the pecans and caramel a bit more evenly spaced out among the bar. But the chocolate itself was honestly so delicious I am still thinking about it.

Overall though Baroness is a great brand that I will continue to support. Not only do they offer premium quality chocolate but its fair trade, organic, sustainably harvested and made right here in Canada. Love it!

OH EMM GEE!! This was good. Like, really really good. Definitely slap you in the face good. The chocolate wasn't too sweet and it balanced out with the caramel perfectly. And the pecans? Perfect combination right there. So good. It just melts in your mouth and ooze quality. Yum! There really isn't another chocolate bar on the market quite like this one. Perfection.

I only needed to have a small piece of this bar to satisfy my chocolate and caramel craving. So rich and decadent!

The most appealing thing about Baroness chocolates for me is that they are hand made right here in Canada. Awesome. Sure they're gluten free, organic, GMO free, and taste amazing, but I'm all about locally made products!

Baroness chocolates are so far above anything I'd typically buy for myself. It is truly premium chocolate and a huge step above the rest.

I will definitely be buying Baroness chocolate bars again, and if my girlfriends are lucky, I just might share with them too!
