I was one of the lucky people chosen to try the Baroness chocolate bars. I love that the company is fair trade, organic, supports sustainability and takes care of their cows, it definitely makes me feel good about purchasing Baroness bars in the future :) The Dob Dobs bar was one of my favorites. The chocolate was semisweet and smooth, with delicious gooey caramel and flavorful pecans in the middle. I thought it was unique that this bar had pecans, and I loved it.

What aspect of Baroness chocolates was particularly appealing to you (e.g. gluten-free, handmade, delicious taste, organic, etc) : Half of my family is Jewish, so its really great to find a Kosher product, I also love the fact that its organic and gluten free for my son, really adore all this product has to offer, wondering if they are NON GMO as well..Would be cool, and could add another stamp to their collection.

How unique did you find the flavours of each premium chocolate bar? I found this particular bar to be very rich and delicious, I loved how soft the caramel was not a chewy, rolo type, much much better never had a chocolate bar quite like this one.

Was your craving and indulgence satisfied after eating Baroness Chocolates? Oh heck yes. These bars are quite rich so I don't gulf down a whole thing at once, what Id normally do is eat a whole chocolate bar and be left wanting more, I had about a bite of each bar and was satisfied, loved it!

How does this chocolate compare to the chocolates you usually purchase? Much better quality, in taste and in what it has to offer. LOVE that its fair trade, hard to find in chocolate surprisingly.

Would you consider buying these chocolates again and/or buy them as a gift for a friend? : Absolutely! Already gave half of each bar to my best friend to share the goodness and shes addicted as well. So happy I found this product and got to sample it for free :)

I was lucky enough to be chosen by Chick Advisor to sample all 7 delicious Baroness Chocolates. I must say that Dob Dobs was in my top 2!!! Delicious semi-sweet chocolate with creamy caramel and crunchy pecans - amazing!!!!! Great quality chocolate - not bitter at all. Had a rich chocolate flavor and the caramel and crunchy pecans added great flavor and texture to the chocolate! Love that this product is Canadian made & organic (No GMOs) & fair trade!! Love the packaging too!!!

I was one of the lucky people chosen to try the different Baroness chocolate bars. I seriously can't choose a favourite. The packaging is really nice, I like the white background, and the description of each bar is cute! All the bars are certified organic, fair-trade and Kosher and they're all also, gluten-free...if only they were calorie free!! The ingredient list contains items I can pronounce and identify. The chocolate is rich, creamy and not overly sweet. Even one or two pieces is totally satisfying because you're eating a high quality chocolate.

The Dob Dobs bar was delicious. Oozy caramel, crunchy nuts...yum!!

When I saw this chocolate I knew I would love it since it's just like turtles. But after tasting it, it's not just like turtles its better! The quality is so good. The caramel melts in your mouth.

I love the full line of Baroness chocolates but this one might just take the cake!

I am really a huge fan of the semi-sweet chocolate combined with the caramel and pecans! It made for a delicious cheat snack. Easy to tell that this chocolate was of high quality and I enjoy that it is gluten free and organic! No bitter flavour at all. I did not share, but I would if I had another!

I received this chocolate bar as part of the Product Review Club. I am a big fan of caramel inside chocolates and this is the best one I have tasted in a long time, I loved the addition of pecans which gave it more depth. It might be a bit pricey but worth a splurge and to support a Canadian business.

What do I do when I am getting ready for a date night? Apparently I eat chocolate.

I tried Baroness Chocolate's Dob Dobs before heading out to dinner with the hubby, and a few things surprised me about it.

First of all it has a caramel filling, and I was surprised that the caramel was still oozing out of the bar even though I had the bar stored in the refrigerator. Yes, I keep my chocolate in the fridge. It's strange, but that is what I do. Anyway, the caramel didn't turn hard at all. Maybe because the chocolate bar was so fresh?

The tag line of this bar is "Chocolate that lingers on your taste buds like a loving embrace and then slaps you in the face." Sounds like the perfect chocolate for a date night!

I am thinking the slap in the face is the caramel? There were pecans as well which I loved, but I really did like the "slap in the face" caramel as well.

I ate all of this chocolate bar in one seating, mostly because I had to hurry up and get ready for dinner. Plus I didn't actually want to share this chocolate with my dinner date, and I was really hungry so I ate it all.

I would give this chocolate to a friend because it was a really good chocolate bar, and because I loved the tag line!

It was like eating a premium chocolate bar - the price warrants the quality of the chocolate. I would buy this chocolate again for myself, or for someone else if I was feeling nice.

This bar is so good the best caramel in bar I've ever tried. It was so smooth and not too thick the minimal high quality ingredients really shines with this bar. The dark chocolate also adds to the amazing taste.There is no way to compare this to other caramel filled bars because none are even close to the level of this treat. This is a new favorite.

This is another delicious treat from Baroness Chocolates! The flavour is well-balanced. Personally, I would like this to be all milk chocolate and pecans, but everyone that tried it raved about the taste.
