Love this name, so fitting.What is not to love here. This chocolate is amazing, both in quality and taste. It is such a fabulous treat, all for me. I really suggest you try this if you have not. It is so worth it. Fantastic indulgence.

Probably the best dark chocolate ever, seriously. This is great for dark chocolate lovers, but even better for those who are interested in venturing into the "dark" side. Rich cocoa flavours while compromising the bitterness which often couples with most dark [cheaper] chocolates. I really appreciate seeing the whole nuts in there, it really adds to the "luxury" factor of the bar. I particularly like how I felt absolutely no guilt after eating this - because dark chocolate is healthy, right?

I received this chocolate bar as a free sample from ChickAdvisor. There were a lot of good quality ingredients that went into this bar (GMO free, organic, hand-made, etc.). I can clearly see the whole peanuts. Flavour-wise, I wish it was more towards the peanut butter (smooth) side. If you would like the chunkiness and crunchiness of whole peanuts, this is definitely the bar you would want to try out. The saltiness of the peanuts is a great taste contrast to the chocolate. Love Baroness Chocolate!

As someone who is just recently venturing into the world of dark chocolate I was pleased to try Baroness Chocolates Subversive Squirrel. This chocolate bar contains dark chocolate with crunchy peanuts and brittle. As far as dark chocolates go if I were to venture for a bar that wasn't my usual milk chocolate this would be the one I would purchase. One to two pieces is just enough to hit the spot. I'm not the biggest fan of dark chocolate but when I received this as part of the Product Review Club I was quite pleased. It doesn't have that bitter taste I find some dark chocolate brands to have. I would purchase this in the future.

If you are a fan of deep, dark chocolate - which I am - then this is a treat worth savoring! The dark chocolate and rich in flavour and smooth in texture. The toppings are delicious and the sweetness of the brittle balances perfectly with the richness of the dark chocolate. My only wish would be the the brittle ran all the way through so that there was brittle in every piece instead of just staggered throughout. All in all, an incredibly delicious bar that I very much enjoyed tasting and reviewing courtesy of ChickAdvisor and Baroness.

Oh my goodness, you know when you are having a double craving? I'm talking about when you want something sweet (preferably chocolate), but something salty at the same time. We all get this way. When it happens to you, you need this chocolate bar! When I first tried it, it felt like a luxurious bite of heaven in my mouth. I am officially a subversive squirrel.

This bar was AMAZING and actually maybe beats out my first choice for favorite chocolate bar. Baroness Chocolates Subversive Squirrel is so good and the dark organic chocolate takes great while being an unique type of candy bar.

I was lucky enough to try Baroness Chocolates for free through ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and they were delicious! I really trying the different kinds (7 in total) and I would definitely buy some of them again and give them as gifts.

This has to be a close second for my favorite bar. I am loving salty chocolate lately, and this one satisfied that taste! I also love chocolate with a good crunch to it, and because of the peanut brittle and the salted peanuts, it was definitely crunchy. I would have loved a little bit of milk chocolate mixed in to mellow out the bitterness of the dark chocolate. Where can I get my hands on another one of these bars?!

This one wasn't my favorite bar but that's only due to my personal taste, I'm not a huge fan of peanuts! The chocolate quality was still top notch and it would be the perfect choice for anyone who loves peanuts!

I really enjoyed this chocolate bar - the flavours tasted amazing together and the fact that it was handmade, organic, fair trade, sustainably harvested, certified kosher, and on top of all that - made in Canada made it even better. The quality was superb - rich and satisfying, far better than most premium chocolate bars at grocery stores and the chocolate quality was on par with luxury chocolates, but at a much better price point although the packaging could be improved. The dark chocolate was smooth and rich, without any bitterness that some dark chocolates have. I am not a huge peanut fan, but this would be great for anyone who loves peanuts. The texture of the peanut brittle and peanuts themselves gave the bar good texture variation.
