I use this lotion for when my body goes in fight or flight with anxiety. The fragrance is very calming, I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to relax!

I carry this in my bag everywhere I go because not only does it smell amazing but it really does reduce my stress levels, I love the other scents too especially the sleep and comfort ones

A new staple in my nighttime routine

I’ve always had a hard time getting and staying asleep. I was a bit skeptical of the aromatherapy collection at bath and body works but during a sale I picked up the sleep body cream. It was so soft and nice as a cream itself but the scent was so calm and soothing that it put me straight into relax mode and I fell fast asleep

The best cream out there

I absolutely love any product from bath and body works including this one. The smell is amazing and lasts a while and whenever I've put some on and walk into a room at least one person will say "what smells so good". Highly recommend. I also always use coupons when I shop here. I've never spent over 5$ on a skin care product due to their awesome deals.

Ultra moisturizing and smells amazing!

I absolutely love this body cream. I usually use the stress relief cream as part of my nightly yoga practice. The scent is so calming and the cream feels so good on my skin before bed :)

Bath and body works has a great aromatherapy smell, one that lasts and lasts. Effective product as a lotion or body wash and a nice change from the regular scents!

I love the aromatherapy body cream. I use the lavender the most. I use it every night before bed. It leaves my skin hydrated and helps me fall asleep.

This series has a variety of scents, which use aromatherapy oils to help you with: stress, sleep, etc.

I have only tried the two listed above, and fell in love. The sleep (vanilla and lavender) is my favourite when it comes to the scent. These series also come with body washes, essential oils, hand washes, etc.

The lotion part of this product is fantastic - I apply it once or twice a day and can feel the moisture the entire time. Once the cream is absorbed into the skin, you won't be able to tell you have it on - aside from the wonderful scent and soft skin. No oily / greasy appearance.

As for the aromatherapy? The sleep and stress versions have both successfully helped me relax. I never found results with aromatherapy as much as I have with this - definitely will recommend to stop at your nearest Bath and Body Shop and try it out. They always have each of the scent testers out, so give it a try in store!

I tried the tester for the sleep product when going Christmas shopping a year ago. By the end of my shopping trip, I walked back to the store and purchased two bottles!
