I like using this for my pillows and blankets. The smell makes me want to cuddle up in bed and relax. Very calming and comforting. The lotion isn't worth your money in my opinion, but the spray defiantly is.

It's supposed to help with sleep. I'm not sure that it does that or whether it is a placebo effect, but the scent does smell very nice.
