I received a couple of these for Christmas presents and was thrilled. They were very cute and weren't the fire hazard that the plug ins are. Unfortunately I ended up returning one because it was terribly noisy. When I explained the noise, the cashier informed me that it was a problem and they were exchanging quite a few. I had a few extra oils from The Body Shop but also picked up the Warm Vanilla Sugar and they all worked great with the machine. They caution you not to put too much fragrance on the pad as to saturate it but I found a few drops dissipated too quickly and I was constantly adding drops. I liked the fact that they came with 3 pads so you could change the fragrance without an extra purchase. They did give off a nice scent if you were within a foot or two so it would be great for a small bathroom but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a larger room. I agree with the previous poster in that the one AA battery does seem to last a great amount of time. Unfortunately with the size of my rooms the ScentBug is not enough so they sit on my shelf as a decoration and the oils get used on my HEPA filter on my vacuum.

I was introduced to this product in the recent Mother's Day deal at Bath and Bodyworks. I LOVED it - it really is a fantastic little machine! For $12.50 you get the little bug and 3 scent pads which you use the Bath and Body Works Essential Oils. There is a huge selection of these oils - most of their signature collection and several aromatherapy scents. I used the White Citrus and couldn't believe the area and how well that little bug scented. They come in several colors to match any decor - Pink, Green, Black, Brown, White & Red. It runs on 1 AA battery which I have to say has lasted much longer than I thought it would (I tend to forget it's on and leave it all day)! It has a fan which blows the oil scent and you can purchase the pads separately so you can change the scents often depending on your mood.

I HIGHLY recommend this product - watch for store sales because they often have either the scentbug or the oils on sale. Definitely a great value!
