I received this product thanks to ChickAdvisor. I love that the dry shampoo doesn't leave a white residue. It adds colour to the scalp and helps add volume to the hair. I also like that it smells good. I've tried other dry shampoos and none were like this one.

Yes I got this product free from chick advisor it came in a box with the wax strips and a nice strong shower cap , I tried the dry shampoo on a friend and at first it gives colour and then blends in worked good smelled OK too I recommend this product

I was not too pleased with the Bastiste Dry Shampoo. Although it made my hair feel less greasy, it had no scent to it and also failed to tint my hair in the deep brown shade it proposed on the label. I would still recommend the product as it was effective in removing the grease, but it's not the best dry shampoo I have ever tried. Also, I received this free by Chickadvisor in a sampling campaign!

I love this product. It did leave some residue, however I would rather just wash my hands afterwards (it comes off easy) then have to deal with white hair patches. Totally buying again, so thankful to have gotten this for testing purposes. It smells great, not as good as the tropical one but it is comparable to the orignal Batiste scent

I have tried a handful of dry shampoos ever since I discovered this type of magical hair product, where I can be lazy and not have to wash my hair?! But I have always held off on trying Batiste since it's normally about $10 here in Canada for an aerosol can of dry shampoo, I felt that it wasn't worth it even with all the great reviews. Boy was I wrong.

It smells amazing and since I have quite dark hair I don't see the product once sprayed and it absorbs the oils nicely. I like to spray a bit in sections and let the product soak the oil slightly before rubbing it in. My absolute favourite thing about this product is that it doesn't make my hair even MORE greasy- seriously every other dry shampoo I have tried does that to my hair. If only this gave me volume, it might even become one of my holy grail her products, but I'll continue my search and will definitely repurchase this once I run out.

I love dry shampoo. I have thick dark hair and I try to only wash my hair once or twice a week. I also workout at least 3-4 times per week so I was really excited the try the Batiste Dark and Deep Brown shampoo. I love batiste products, but this one had a musky scent that I wasnt a fan of. I like light fresh citrus or baby powder smelling sprays for dry shampoo, but this was quite strong and heavy. I also found the dark was a bit too dark for me. I didnt expect to it to be so ashy so I had to use sparingly because my hair is warmer. When I styled my hair the next day (with leftover dry shampoo in my hair), my hand ended up looking dirty like I'd been handling a newspaper all day. The white/regular batiste doesnt do this or at least it's not noticeable.
As a dry shampoo, it works great and was effective in absorbing oil, adding texture, and refreshing my hair, but I think I'd stick to the regular batistse in future.

So I received this product as a gift from ChickAdvisor. I usually use dry shampoo in the form of loose powder so this was a change for me. The first time I used this, I was unsure if I was doing it right. What I like most about this product is that it's fairly straightforward in terms of how to use. I just shook the can, tilted it on an angle above an oily section in my hair and sprayed that area for a quick second. It was interesting to see how a dark and deep brown color would result from the spray. When I use loose powder, it was white so I really had to blend it to cover up the fact that I was using dry shampoo. This product made me feel more confident in terms of coverage.

First of all the scent is so light and refreshing that I would wear it as a fragrance if I could! I love that this sprays out brown as opposed to white for my brunette hair. It definitely gave my roots a bit of a lift and also made my scalp feel more fresh and less itchy. I would definitely recommend this to dark haired gals who are wanting a dry shampoo that works and doesn't leave a grey cast to their hair!

J'ai adoré ouvrir le paquet reçu. Une bouteille de shampoing sec Batiste, un bonnet de douche SUPER beau, et une boîte de bandelette cire épilatoire Nair.

Pour le shampoing, il est super, une odeur super agréable, et efficace. Je vous conseillerais de ne pas l'essayer avec un élastique en tissus. J'ai fais l'erreur, trop enjouée de l'essayer. Le shampoing étant brun, à tacher mon élastique. Une fois au lavage, c'est partie par contre :)

I recently received Batiste Dry Shampoo Dark and Deep Brown to test for free as part of Chickadvisor's product review club. Prior to receiving this product I didn't know that it contains a hint of deep brown color to enhance dark hair, and since I have blonde highlights and wasn't ready to change that, I asked my boyfriend who but luckily has very dark brown almost black hair and agreed to test this product out instead. Now keeping in mind the fact that he has never tried dry shampoo prior to Batiste, he found this product to be easy and enjoyable to use and was impressed by the pleasant scent and how effectively it cleaned his hair. The first time he tried it was before leaving for work, and he mentioned after work that he noticed his hair felt clean and smelt fresh all day through work. He was reluctant to try this product at first, doubting its ability to replace a daily shower, but after trying it on a few different occassions he said he liked the product especially because of how well it worked and how long it lasted, and that he will continue to use my trial product and would probably consider buying it for himself too. Thanks Batiste and Chickadvisor for helping me convert him!
