Would not buy again

I love batiste dry shampoo, however this one was a miss! I have brown hair and i find the other one a little challenging to rub in without noticing. This dry shampoo gives lots of volume but smells AWFUL.

Messy & doesn't serve its purpose

While this dry shampoo does not leave white residue in your hair (like the original version) and does in fact blend in to brown hair, I do not find it serves its purpose of giving hair a cleaner, fresher appearance; in fact, I think it made my hair look less clean and definitely felt less clean. If you run your hands through your hair, it leaves brown residue on your fingers. Also, beware of where you spray it, because it leaves brown on your floor!

I wouldn't recommend this style of dry shampoo.

I have used the original Batiste dry shampoo before and really liked the results. I have very dark brown hair and wanted to try this product in the line as it takes a while for me to blend the white dry shampoo in to my hair to become unnoticeable. However, I am not too enthusiastic over this product as it the consistency is more wet than the original. Additionally, the colour matches my hair very well but to when blending the product in my hair the brown colour gets all over my hands and areas where the spray lands. I like that the colour matches my natural hair and the overall product works well but due to the colour transferring I will be using the original product instead.

I tried the brunette dry shampoo and found the first time I used it I had brown flakes coming off - I don't have dandruff so figured maybe I just used too much, so the next time used less, but had the same issue. It did make my hair feel fresh and clean, but I didn't like having brown dust coming off my head.

I found it was easy to use and not messy like some dry shampoos. I think my hair styled better and I will certainly take this product along camping.
