Due to the nature of my hair (thick, unruly, greasy) I always have a dry shampoo on my person, in my desk at work, in my gym bag and in my medicine cabinet. I've truly tried every brand there is, EXCEPT somehow, Batiste. I've heard good things about this brand, that it's the do-all-end-all for dry shampoo, so I was curious to give it a try. (Disclaimer: i received this as part of the Product Review Club)

When it comes to aerosol dry shampoo, I find that a lot of them leave my hair with a strong, chemical 'hair spray' like-scent, but Batiste was surprisingly light in that department. It still had a 'soapy' smell but it faded in about an hour so I didn't feel like it was following me around all day.

I actually don't like dry shampoos that add 'volume' to your hair because I find it just turns into build-up that is really hard to wash out, but Batiste was good in that department too. I put some in my hair in the morning and by later in the day my hair actually looked better than it did in the morning. It absorbed quite well and when I washed my hair that night I didn't have to fight so hard to get it rinsed out.

I think I still prefer powder-based dry shampoos because I can control the amount of product and the distribution on my head (aerosol tends to BLAST with the nozzle) but in a pinch I might grab this again.

I received this product to try and review and was so excited when I received it! I have long hair and I try to only wash it 3 times a week and I found that this product is perfect for the in between days. It gave my hair a quick refresh and I went one extra day without washing and used the dry shampoo instead. It's a great product to have around the house and use for those days you don't feel like washing. Make sure to really rub it in otherwise there is a white tint to your hair!

I love using dry shampoos! My hair get oily after a day, but I do not want to wash my hair every day, nor do I have time to wash my hair every day. I was pleased to received this product free from Chickadvisor as part of their product review program. The pros: nice clean scent, works very well to take the oiliness out of my hair. My hair will look light and clean as if I freshly washed it! Cons: the nozzle is sensitive and it is very easy to push down too hard, resulting in a blast of excess product on one spot on your head. I wish the nozzle was designed a bit better to spray more evenly and consistently. Additionally, the whiteness of the powder means you need to rub the product in very well or else you will have white roots. Lastly, I found this product to not give me as much of a volume boost compared to other dry shampoos that I have used in the past. Overall, this product works well and I love the scent!

Loved the Baliste Dry Shampoo for touch ups in between my usual hair-washing routine. Also found it great for touch-ups after a "sweaty" trip to the gym when I needed to make a stop at the grocery store before heading home for a shower.!

I have honestly not used a better dry shampoo. I've used Batiste for years and have tried slightly less expensive versions and they just DON'T cut it. It's worth it to spend a tiny bit more on Batiste. Plus- it actually smells good!

I Love Batiste Dry Shampoo and always have bottles of it at home. My hair is long and thick and takes forever to dry so dry shampoo is a must for those in-between wash days when my hair starts to look a little funky but not quite so much that I can be bothered washing and drying,
It does leave some white residue though so if you have dark hair, find the one meant for brunettes rather than this one which can be found everywhere and save yourself the bother of looking like you have dandruff.

I quite liked the Batiste dry shampoo that #Chickadvisor sent me to try. It left my hair with a light, almost lemony scent...unlike other dry shampoos which left my hair with a more chemical scent. I was pleased with the way my hair looked after applying. My hair is very thick, so it was a bit difficult to get to the roots underneath in the back of my head. All in all, pleased with the results! I've never been a fan of dry shampoos, but have to admit that this product is amazing. It didn't make my hair feel like it was loaded with an artificial product. It felt light and still flowed nicely. The scent was amazing...not overpowering like some of the other dry shampoos on the market. I actually used the product when I was going to do an updo, since it gave my hair a little more body to work with. I would definitely use this product again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dry shampoo.
