I have been so curious to try this batiste dry shampoo it seems to be in every store I shop in and a very reasonably priced.I dye my hair and often the conditioners that come with the color dye can really leave a oily feeling/film in my hair.I do shampoo my hair everyday but I thought this would be great for the days that I get this oily buildup from these conditioners.I really love it,I got the original and really like the smell its very fresh smelling throughout the hair.Its very easy to use just a few sprays and brush it through the hair it even seems to give my hair some bounce.The only thing I found is that it sprays really quickly out of the bottle so you have to be careful you don't apply to much of the spray.I think the tropical one would be great to try in the summer months.

Holy crap, this product is a godsend. I asked my regular hairdresser if she had a good dry shampoo since I didn't like the ones I'd typically find in a drugstore. She said that she did have one, but it cost triple what I wanted to spend. She had another client with the same issue, and this client told her about Batiste. Boy, am I glad she did!

I bought this stuff for only around 5 bucks at the drugstore (yep, the place I didn't want to buy one from... Changed my mind!) and it works like a charm! There's the original scent and the tropical, and of course I picked up the tropical.

It's really easy to use. You have to shake it before every time you spray, but that's no issue. A few short blasts of it is all you need; let it sit for a few minutes, brush it out, and voila! My hair doesn't look powdery, it doesn't have a film and it's definitely not dull! As with many dry shampoos, it adds a bit of grip so my styles stay longer. If I want to put my hair up, if I use this product I won't have to worry about my elastic slipping out... just spray my hair with the dry shampoo!

The smell could be a little better; it doesn't smell bad, it just doesn't smell very strongly. I don't like overpowering scents but after spraying, I'm not so sure the smell's even in my hair.

I'd recommend this to anyone though; I've never tried the original scent... that one's next, but I will recommend the tropical one since that's the one I've used! You may have to go on a bit of a hunt for it, though. I found it at the third Shoppers Drug Mart store I looked in. Some have it, some don't apparently.

I've tried other dry shampoos on the market with less than stellar results. I've watched video testimonials and read online reviews about Batiste with very positive feedback so I decided to give it a try. The price is certainly right compared to others. At $7.99 at Loblaws how can you go wrong even if it doesn't end up working that well you aren't out a ton of cash! So I picked up a can of the Original scent. I have very oily hair and normally the next day after washing my hair it is already starting to get really greasy so I was skeptical that i'd be able to find one that would work well enough for me to go out on the town and feel good about how my hair looks. Batiste totally worked for me and I didn't even have to use that much product..just a few sprays in certain areas and a quick brush and my hair felt clean! It's GREAT! It even gets rid of that dirty hair odour! It has a very mild scent..nothing overly strong or offensive which i love about it. I have even seen this product at Winners store as well as in easy travel size cans..so it is very readily available. GREAT PRODUCT!

This product always leaves my hair smelling fresh although as my hair is now red, it does leave some parts looking lighter than others.

Batiste Dry Shampoo has saved me from many a rushed moment – and I have many! With two kids and all the wonderful extra-curriculars that come with them, I don’t often have time for a traditional wash. I simply spray in Batiste (Blush is my favourite), brush it out, and off I run…

This is absolutely my number #1 can't-live-without-hair-product! I discovered it about a year ago, and cannot live without it. My hair started falling out more than usual due to constant stressing by hair-dyes, over washing, and blow drying. This product has literally changed my hair washing routine to 2 times a week max! It is amazing! My hair never feels dirty, it doesn't fall out almost at all anymore, and it actually adds volume to my roots! (sometimes I even use it on clean hair to get an extra lift!) I use the one for brunette's and I would highly recommend it to anyone who was having the same problem as me or with a busy lifestyle who doesn't always have time to full shampoo-condition everyday!

Here are a few tips when using it:
- If you have darker hair, opt for the ones geared towards brunettes or black hair (it makes a big difference)
- Keep the can about 30cm away from scalp (just as you would a hairspray)
- After spraying into the hair parts gently massage into scalp, and then brush hair
- When you are ready to fully shampoo your hair (i.e. shower :P ), you may need to spend a little bit longer massaging the shampoo into your scalp to make sure you have gotten all the product out

As I said, this product has saved my hair and I would highly recommend it based on its effectiveness, quality and price ($5.99 at Winners!, or 8$ on Amazon)

I had heard of this stuff before and got the perfect chance to try it out last week, when we started renovating the bathroom and the shower was out for a few days! The store (PharmaPlus) had the regular scent, rose scent and one for brunettes but I had to go for the tropical scent. Definitely glad I did, this stuff smells amazing, even my boyfriend likes it (and he isn't one to use cologne let alone a more sweet & tropical scent!)
It really refreshes your hair if you can't shampoo it that day-gives your hair a nice fragrance boost and the powder definitely works to soak up any residue (which you then brush out for lovely locks).
When I sprayed my bf's hair with it, the powder was noticeable until he brushed it out. I didn't notice it in my hair at all, and we both have lighter brown hair. With longer hair you should probably section the hair into a few big chunks to spray the roots properly (which is what I did the second time using this and it worked much better ).
The only thing to watch for when using this, is where you apply it - use it in a well ventilated area or at least crack a window, because it can seem overpowering once you start spraying it all over your hair.
I was surprised by the price - twice as much as the new Tresemme 'dry shampoo' products - but it works well so it's worth it to have on hand. I will definitely pick this up for camping trips as well since it's so easy to use!

There is no better feeling than clean hair... and Batiste comes very close to this.
Batiste is fantastic if you're in a hurry... just spray, brush through and go. I have used this twice now and the second time was much easier as I knew what to expect. Being a brunette I was concerned it would leave white flakes in my hair, mimicking dandruff... it did nothing of the sort. It took the shine off my oily roots and allowed me to go unwashed for a day. With festival season coming up this is a must have for your luggage. However I wouldn't recommend using it two days in a row... for a quick fix it is worth every penny.

I tried Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush and it was the first time I've tried dry shampoo. It had a rosy scent that was nice but I would have preferred unscented. Otherwise, I was really impressed! I was expecting the powder to leave me with big white blobs in my hair, but it sprayed evenly so this did not happen. It did leave some white but it just brushed it through my hair and it was gone. This product is also offered in brown and black, so if you have dark hair I certainly recommend using one of those as the white may not blend into your hair as well as it did mine.

I found that it absorbed oil on my scalp and allowed me to go longer without washing my hair. I used it at night to freshen up before heading out. I'd recommend this product!
