I've used dry shampoo in the past and it left a powdery look on my roots so I was hesitant to try this, but it worked great! My hair looks fresh and, thanks to the fact that it's specifically for brunettes, you can't even tell that I used a dry shampoo! Will continue to use this product.

As a brunette, and former raven-haired gal - finding a dry shampoo that doesn't white-cast your hair (while still effectively working as intended) was always next to impossible. No matter how much I brushed the dry shampoo through my hair, and used every trick in the book (I'm looking at you, night before) ... nothing worked! I could always tell I had used it, because my hair was even slightly discoloured by the product.

This remedied that problem for me! I will most definitely re-purchase, and I know I'll be using this exclusively for a long while - until other companies are able to compete again, at least! Haha.

This left my hair feeling clean, with extra body and volume and zero evidence that I hadn't washed my hair with traditional shampoo that day, or days (let's be honest).

I do love it. I am a natural brunette and I have tried other dry shampoos and they just leave my hair caked in white powder! The directions are clear and it left my hair feeling soft with no white powder. If you spray to close you may notice a bit but it can be brushed through just by running your hands through your hair. (So simple) There is a noticeable scent but it's pleasant and not over bearing. Definitely recommend and definitely going to bring to the camp with me this summer!

#gotitfree So I can review this, but all opinions are absolutely my own. I've bought different versions of Batiste dry shampoo before and I must say, they are the only ones that I've repurchased. First, the effectiveness doesn't disappoint no matter what version you buy. It will always soak up all my greasiness at my roots and give beautiful volume to my fine hair without leaving it stiff and powdery. It doesn't have much buildup either when you use this continuously for a couple days (gross I know, but there's always emergencies, right?) Second, the price is just so affordable! The cheapest I can get these is $4.99 when my drugstore does a special promotion, so I always stock up whenever.

Would definitely recommend this to a friend--or anyone with greasy hair!

So happy with the brunette type as I have used the other in the past and it leaves my hair looking white. Simple to use. Gives great volume. Smells nice as well but not to strong.

My hair gets oily after day 1 and I usually have to use a dry shampoo to keep it fresh. This @BatisteHair #BeautifulBrunette #DryShampoo is by far the best one I've tried! I have dark brown hair and it blended so well. I didn't have to work as hard to rub the dry shampoo into my hair like the original. Also the extra pigment covered my grays a little bit better as well because I'm premature gray and have to color my hair every six weeks or so or at least use a root touch up. Batiste is by far the best dry shampoo I have ever used. The brunette tint did not leave my hair looking powdery or white. It honestly was almost as clean looking as freshly washed hair AND it added volume to my super thin hair. I love this!

I've used a ton of dry shampoos before and never been very impressed as I always felt like I just put some weird product in my hair that made my hair dry and look.. weird. Not clean, just weird. I had heard that this was the holy grail of dry shampoo but I took it with a grain of salt. Wow was I wrong! I used this product and it actually made my hair feel like it was clean! Second day clean not first, but that's amazing for being 4 days without having washed my hair. Going to try two days in a row, I think it's going to work just as great! #gotitforfree

I am a dry shampoo connoisseur and think I have tried almost every dry shampoo on the market. This is one of the best! First, the smell is amazing. Then, it leaves hair feeling and looking fresh and clean, instantly absorbing all of the grease. Next it adds body to my thin limp hair. Finally, it doesn't leave the typical white dry shampoo residue (which for us brunettes is a nightmare) and it covers up stubborn grey hairs! I think I've finally found my dream dry shampoo. It's a little expensive but after trying it for free through chickadvisor product review club I will definitely be buying it again. Worth every cent!

I received this item for free for reviewing purposes. I love dry shampoo for refreshing/volumizing purposes, but I'm always annoyed by how it gives you a grey/white cast in your hair if you're dark-haired. That's why this stuff is so great! It's not the most weightless dry shampoo, but it does the trick if you rub it in, and you don't have to worry about looking like you have weird dandruff or grey/white roots!
