Having brown hair, dry shampoos were always a win-lose situation. If you wanted to use a dry spray, then you had to put up with looking kind of Grey but this new Batista spray for brunettes is awesome!!! I can use it and not look Grey! The product works really well I would definitely buy this again, it may be a little expensive but it is totally worth it!

Batiste dry shampoo definitely refreshes my hair between washes! I love that it is brown tinted so it's not obvious in my black hair. After using it, my hair feels more voluminous and less oily. Only con is that the smell could be a bit lighter, but it's not bad! This is the best dry shampoo I've used so far. Would buy it again

I put Batiste Dry Shampoo through several tests. Originally, Firstly, I sprayed it in my hair one evening, to make it to an unexpected dinner date. It created lots of volume in my hair and took all greasy residue away. I then used it after not washing my hair for a week, to see if it could still do it's job, and it left my hair looking and feeling clean, and smelling great. I used it casually a couple more times and love the result. It does not leave any obvious residue like other similar products I've tried. The added pigment to the spray, also ensured I didn't have white residue in my roots.

Overall, I would recommend this product as a great item to keep on hand for those moments when you don't have time to do a full wash and condition. As a performer, this product appeals because it bulks up my hair and adds volume to make pin curl and other vintage hair styles work.

I love this dry shampoo! It is my new fave and my new go-to for dry shampoo. I love the scent and appreciate that it doesn't just have that typical hairspray scent. Even better than the scent, is the colour. I love that I can give a quick spray and comb through in the morning and don't have to be paranoid there's a huge white patch which can happen from other kinds of dry shampoo. It's a great option for the day after a hair wash. I plan to repurchase this product again in the future and for roughly $10, you really can't go wrong. I would recommend it to any brunette who is one and looking for a reliable dry shampoo. I would like to try the other scents too, but will find it tough to deviate from this one. Got this item free for Chickadvisor and absolutely love it ...previously I had only used the scented products but it is great that this blends right in with my dark brown hair, leaving it still shiny but not greasy. Will get so much more days out of my straightened hair now which helps when I spend an hour blow drying, straightened and damaging my hair for the look

I just received my Batiste Dry Shampoo in the mail. I guess there was a bit of a delay. I was so excited to receive it in the mail , and even more excited to try it out! Given it had been 2 days since I last washed my hair I thought it would be an awesome time to give it a chance.

I was so excited to hear they had a new version with a hint of colour for darker hair. So of course , I got the "Beautiful Brunnette" type. I used as per instructions and I must say, I love it. It's exactly like the Batiste I used to use on a regular basis. As a light brunette, the colour suited my own well. And it helped avoid the white powdery colour that traditional dry shampoos left. I feel compelled to add that it did , non the less, leave my hair a shade lighter. I would imagine it may look "mousy" on hair that is true brunette or a darker brunette. It worked well for me though. Although, I'm not sure I'd trust it on the back of my head, without checking it with a mirror of course.

It performs well and makes my hair feel fresh in a pinch. Also , the scent is very refreshing as well. So all in all, a great product for my hair type.

I will have to start by saying I already use Batiste dry shampoo and was always happy with the. The only thing I did not love was the white patches it would leave in my hair. I would massage it in and it would eventually go away but I will not lie I have tried to leave the house with white patches and not realize it.

I thought the best way to leave my review would show you the side by side comparison between the regular dry shampoo and the Beautiful Brunette. As you can see in the photos (with my very greasy hair) the side by side is night and day. The Beautiful Brunette was not an exact match but it was pretty darn close. It also has a nice fragrance which the classic one does not. Overall I am super impressed and will be using the Beautiful Brunette from now on.

I received this item in the mail after the review deadline but wanted to give an honest opinion.

I tried this on my naturally curly roots and when it was straightened.

I found that while my hair was curly it required alot more work to get to my roots. Understandable based on the volume of my hair. However on my straightened hair it worked great. This is when my hair can get greasy between washes anyway so I found it very effective. Distance def plays a factor so stick with the recommended instructions.

Overall i would recommend for straight hair... not so much curly unless you have the time to work it through or just applying to the front or part in your hair.
