Defend Gotham City with the Batman Detective Kit!

I received the Defend Gotham City with the Batman Detective Kit and immediately gave it to my grandson to play with. My grandson is almost eight and enjoyed unboxing then contents. He played with it for many hours and enjoyed it a lot. I of course had play with him. The mask fit him well and he thought the LED lights were awesome! he plays with it almost everyday!

Detective Dress Up Toy

I wasn’t to sure about this to start with. My son is 4 and we’re a marvel family.

This set is pretty durable, it’s still looks like new after a couple days of rough preschooler play.

The cards and reader thing seem pointless, the mask is cool and the kid just attached the light and ran around. The belt and holder are good also, lid is hard to open but fairly solid, no worries about the lid being broken.

Received this #freeproduct in exchange for my honest review. This kit reminds me of those classic red and blue mysteries on cereal boxes. Toy would get 5* if there was a better way to keep the kit fully together. #familyratedclub

Lots of fun!

My nephew probably had more fun opening this than playing with it lol. Nonetheless, it was a fun game and got him excited about being in character and solving something (even if that part only lasted about 5 minutes). I think this is probably better suited for a slightly older kid and there won't be any hazard for choking or putting the pieces in their mouths too.

Detective Batman Style

First sight of the toy my 7&5 year old boys were so excited! The Batman mask was a huge hit! Once we unboxed this toy the kids were excited to see mystery cards and detective red light lamps. There is a belt with carrying case that they were happy to put on. Then we started looking at the cards to figure out who was the bad guys we put the two different attachments on, one that magnifies and the other that illuminates. Needless to say this toy was a success with my children! I would buy this for any child in their age group who has a love of mystery and being a detective. The only downfall we had is that the carrying case that goes in the belt is so hard to open I can barely open it let alone the kids.

Great product.

Only drawback is having to swap out the eyepieces. A single attachment that could be rotated would be much easier for the child to use. Overall a fun interactive toy. More clue cards would be a nice addition.
