This is such a great weight loss supplement/ meal replacement ! It last just like chocolate cake batter ! It is packed with nutrients . I just find it to be very expensive which is why I have stopped buying it .

Great nutrition but terrible price

Love the ingredients and most of the flavours are better than brands like vega. BUT. The cost is prohibitive for people on an average salary. The workout programs are amazing...I recommend you stick to those.
