    life changing

    This is a great program for beginners to get you back into the exercise world. That being said no matter how fat I am this program is a challenge simply by upping my weights and pushing myself a little bit harder. It is the best go to to get back into a routine and it is the perfect length to see results

    My favourite workouts!

    These workouts are awesome. Autumn is my favourite trainer and I have access to all the workouts on BOD. The nutrition part I’m not 100% sure on as I haven’t done it in a while, but the workouts are top notch!

    Best program I have tried

    Portion control has always been the hardest thing for me - I was sure that I was eating well until I discovered this program! After 3 weeks, I was down 12 pounds and maintaining it. I wasn't hungry (or hangry) and for once, I felt that I was in control! The workouts are 30 minutes, so it fits into my schedule very easily, and the meal plan is simple! Easy peasy!
    If you have goals, you need to try this program!

    Great way to get started on your workout regime.

    I would highly recommend this workout program. Autumn knows her stuff and knows how to target those "problem" areas. She also provides a great eating plan (NOT diet) but in fact a lifestyle eating plan that is super easy to follow. Workouts are short and done from ANYWHERE... I love my workouts at home.

    I love Autumns workouts

    This was my first exercise program I’ve done and autumn’s portions control containers work so well. Please it is so easy to follow by the colors and believe it or not I even take mine with me if we are to eat. I meal prep and have all my portion control containers in the fridge with small s ready and loaded. All of beachbody products are amazing and autumns line up of exercise programs rocks easy to use.

    Amazing!

    When I first started working out, this was the first program I did and to this day I still love to hate it 😂. I got amazing results but there are some tough moves. Like they say though...if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.

    It works!

    I really enjoy doing the 21 day fix! It works if you stick to it! The work outs are not long and the meal plan is very easy to use! Also, there us plenty of recipes online that make it a lot easier to follow.

    Works if You Follow It

    The workouts on these are great. They have a modifier so you can start as a beginner and then work up as you get stronger and faster.

    The containers are a good tool to help you learn how to eat and fuel your body. So many people eat too many carbs and not enough protein or healthy fats and this teaches you how to fix that.

    My Fav Beachbody program to this day

    J'aime beaucoup le 21day Fix de beachbody. Il est facile à suivre même pour une débutante car il y a différentes façons d'effectuer les mouvements. Seule chose, il devient un peu ennuyant après quelques semaines.

    Love 21 Day Fix

    I recently signed up for Beachbody on Demand and did a full round of 21 day fix (including the meal plan). I lost 10 pounds during the 3 weeks. I took a week off from the exercise program but kept up with the meal plan and I didn't gain the weight back. I just started doing another round. The program and the shakes are quite expensive in my opinion, but for me it works! I need something easy to follow and I'm not good at counting calories. I love the shake because I'm not a breakfast eater. I just replaced my morning coffee with the shake. I love that the exercise program offers modifiers for beginners and that I can do the 30 minute workouts whenever or wherever I want. Different things will work for different people but this works for me!
