Easy workout
It was very easy to follow the DVD and the instructor. It wasn't boring and kept changing the length and the type of workout so it was more fun to do every day. I felt like I had a workout most of the time
Best full body workout
Hi have been using several dvds from beach body! This one is my favourite!! Not hard on my knees and really gives me a full body workout. The DVD is easy to follow, the instructions are clear. My core is stronger and I feel amazing
I love yoga and pilates, this combines both with a cardio aspect. its low impact so almost everyone and anyone can do it. its shows different modifiers from beginner to advanced. lots of people who love cardio dont think this will be a good workout, but it is. you will work a sweat. yet it can still be easy enough for early beginners. so lots of versatility. even people who dont like yoga, love it. it does take a bit to get use to the terminology and the moves. but after a few times on each workout, it gets easier to understand. it definitely helped me build my upper body and with only using your own body weight.
