Eye pins are just the part of the neck lace to hold let's say a pendant or to use for key chains. You need to push into your necklace etc to able to attach it on to a necklace etc. If you make jewelry this is a useful thing to have. I only paid about 1 or 2 for a pack which is cheap. Can be found in most stores such as Michaels etc.
