I have been taking these vitamins for a month so far. I notice a difference in my nails the most. They are growing faster and seem stronger. I am not certain about the change in hair growth yet, it may be to soon to tell. Most hair , skin and nail vitamins take a few months to notice hair growth. These have 60 capsules and you are suppose to take 2 a day. I have been taking 1 daily to see how my body reacted to a new supplement. Once I buy another bottle I will take 2. These cost $20 a bottle online. They are like a multi- vitamin with bamboo, green tea, msm, grape seed, collagen, saw palmetto berries, cayenne pepper, amino acid and creatine monohydrate added
